You're sure its not their piece on the big bills you can face if your mobile is stolen?

I live in hope though, I taped it last week for nothing but I will try again this week, fingers crossed.

Yes they have 5 days to 'respond' but 8weeks to reach resolution or deadlock and before it can be advanced to CISAS
Hmm...still waiting for ANY reply to my letter of 25/8, or my follow up (recorded delivery) from 14/9, both quoting OFCOM reference. Last letter gave then formal notice of impending court action if they failed to resolve within 14 days, so I am counting the days :T

A nightmare situation that appears unresolvable. Play games as much as you want Orange - i will have my mobile contract cancelled at no cost to myself and i will be compensated for the lost hours on the phone to yourselves - because you have breached our contract.

4 more weeks until CISAS for me, as i first complained in late August. If that fails small claims court to claim back the money that i will have to spend to buy out my remaining 11 months mob contract.

Same here, 4 weeks to CISAS, although I am minded to simply ring for PAC as well as MAC, then sue for the penalty through small claims. I hate bullies, and never back down :D

    Watchdog? Toothless Dog.
    Absolute waste of time.
I was meant to be on the show but they cancelled as they said they had so many to interview in the West Midlands they couldn't make it over to me.
Not one interview, not one mention of mis-selling.
    Very disappointed.
Wait until their staff see it, no need for them to worry at all.
