It is my understanding from speaking to orange customer services today, anyone who is over halfway through existing mobile contract will be offered continuation of free BB until end of contract as long as you complain!
However, if you go down this route when your contract expires you will no longer be offered free broadband when you switch line rental. If you still want BB after this then it will be charged at their advertised rates in addition to line rental charge.
Basically you can't win!
Ive taken the switch line rental offer as they g'tee free broadband for 18 months which this time they can't withdraw.0 -
Free broadband from Orange? When did that happen?
I am on Home Max, I pay orange line rental, get 30 international calls free and free local and national 24/7 - I think I pay a total of £15 (excluding call charges that are not covered under the allowance and vat). Anyone know if these changes would be affecting me, so that I could also join this witchhunt?

Well, Watchdog series finished last night, so no point in asking for their help now, unless the Orange problem rolls onto next year when the programme returns.0
