Just rang again,this time asked for managers name,sudden change in his attitude frEE broadband until the end of contract, no compo though.Thank you to all who have stayed on this thread although you have been sorted.Very good of you ,you all know who you are.

My letter from the legal team specifically states that I must refrain from any further litigation on this matter...does not forbid me from being a witness though

Just also sent a letter to complaints as well as my contact to the exec team as I have had no reply to my email yesterday morning to the exec team. The more letters/complaints they get from me the better :-)

yes, me too and copy to Ofcom,Press etc,but what the hell are we all doing giving up our Friday nights to this crazy situation? I wonder when my life will ever return to normal...

Maybe I will miss all the complaining. I will have to find something else to complain about :-)

i'm trying to keep up with this thread but it's getting massive!

i still haven't had any contact from orange(email, phone, text) to say my broadband is going to be cancelled. i'm just wondering if i'm on some special package and they don't know about me.

or have they stopped mucking about and will contact me in the run-up to my mobile renewal...

any thoughts peeps?
