I long ago decided with regards to weddings and birthdays I will make up my family deficit with friends...never let me down yet ^_^

I'm not very photogenic at the moment - burnt my nose yesterday (don't ask!) and also had a wrestling match with the weeds in my garden (which ended with them flinging me halfway across the garden - to the amusement of my neighbours!) so I'm quite achey too.

I'm not sure whether I can post the convetion pics on here or if I should link to my blog as they're on there...?

Yes, link the pics, we will help you choose one. Its not just about how you look, i.e. your genetica, its about how you choose to make yourself look.

I have been out of thie dating scene for, um, a while, so do seriously listen to the current daters who say this pic is what they would like to see, but in defence of my opinion...well, i have never been single not out of choice . So i think i am quite good at presenting myself well, because I am not anything special

I'm sorry if I offended you but,after having read the OP's threads before,his profile and advising along with reading your thread I honestly wondered whether you two would be interested if you knew each other.No harm was intended,just given both your circumstances,things you have in common and desire for a family/fear of it not happening etc made me mention it -because it would've been nice!There was no offence intended and I wasn't trying to make you out as 'desperate'.

This is a forum where people can read anything you write,nothing can be expected to be 'personal' and others would easily find it.
