I never got married until i was 33 as i had spent years and years working and travelling the world..
I was engaged at 21 but that was a disaster and i was no near grown up for marriage at 21or even 30.
I really think that for me being 33 was the best age to settle down and i was ready for what parenthood brings.

Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0
