I have established the rules on this (as noted earlier on in the thread) by asking the relevant authorities (DWP and HMRC) directly via telephone rather than asking on here as they tell you the law and the facts as opposed to judging you which so many people do on here (despite the fact this is meant to be a facts not ethics forum).Never judge a book by its cover :beer:0 -
There, your statement in bold, speaks volumes. You are backstreet breeding no matter how you dress it up.
A decent breeder does it for the betterment of the breed - and knows the true cost. I am saddened by all these people in council houses you state breed - makes my blood boil, because they are doing it for a fast buck only.
No offence but you are talking utter and complete tosh, and your ignorance really shows in your statement in bold.
It beggars belief how ignorant people are regarding the reality of back street breeders and the plight of animal rescues. You have so very obviously never seen the reality of animal rescue places.
If you read the thread thoroughly you will see I have indeed researched and established whether or not my litter (if I have one) will better the breed. Regardless, this forum is meant to be facts only not ethics if you read the rules and stickys. Clearly you are in breach.Never judge a book by its cover :beer:0 -

I'm just thinking how uncomfortable a client would be, when thinking they are picking a particular registered breeder because she's known not just for the quality but the home-raised temperament of the puppies, to later discover she actually farms her puppies with some inexperienced first timer who has done goodness knows what with them and then the registered breeder passes them off as her own.
In answer to your question yes it will be transparent.
And I don't mean to be rude, but EVERY breeder, professional or otherwise, was once an INEXPERIENCED FIRST TIMER.Never judge a book by its cover :beer:0 -

Considering all its won is an open, it isn't that likely.
So have you worked out which dog you're going to use for stud? Found out the price? How are you going to afford the stud fee if you're on benefits?0 -
Erm..I don't mean to be rude but the health testing is not meanless - this is what many 'backstreet breeders' don't bother with to save on their profit margins.
She has won best open !!!!! and received a challenge certificate for this; this is the only show I have currently entered her for.
I wasn't on about health testing, I was on about achievements in the ring.
One best open b1tch isn't anything to shout about. Unless she's qualified for Crufts, the value of the puppies is pet value. My parents get top dollar because theirs are lifetime qualified.0 -

Quick question Gemma ....on your !!!!!'s certificate of registration - does it say if "progeny can be registered"??????
If not, then the puppies can not be KC registered. And you do know that they cannot be registered under your friend's KC name, don' you?0 -

If you had took the time to read the full thread you would not be asking this question.Never judge a book by its cover :beer:0 -

The dog is very young she has only been entered in that one competition. I am entering her in another in the near future. There are certain conditions that have to be met before you can even apply for crufts. The fact is she has 26 champions in her 5 generation, all closely related including her sire who was crufts qualified in 2009 and 2010.
I am not even breeding her yet as I would not breed until she was at least 2 years of age. I was getting information in case I decided to do so at a later date. If she becomes a champion thats very good; if not pet value is good enough for me. I will still be furthering the champions in her bloodline.Never judge a book by its cover :beer:0 -
