Ok, that's fine.
I, and others, will just have to continue to make assumptions on the truthfulness, or otherwise, of your posts, won't we?
Not an ideal situation, but what else can we do?
Can I just mention in passing that not once have I ever seen a link in any of your posts.
What conclusion can be drawn from that?
1) Good people always assume truth, but would check and evaluate on evidence. People who assume lie unless the proof is given to them on the plate, do not deserve links.
2) You do not need help/advice, why would I care that you like links? I post excerpts and quotes, find them far more useful.0 -
Show the proof malchish, where's the proof malchish.
show the proof that recorded evidence was ever not allowed by a judge in a case of consumer against a company. You won't find any, since there is none. I do have the proof , and plenty, but it is quite difficult to provide the particulars of cases on the internet. Post your name, address, tel. etc, and I will post you the case... is not this a nonsensical conversation? Of course you won't.
It is not my job to sit here satisfying your hunger for disputes. If you do not believe- do your research and post the proofs yourself.Re. recording - go and get legal advice, they will confirm that recordings are admissible, it will cost you just £180+VAT.
I told this for free, but you do not believe - fine, pay then.0 -
Just thought, what nonsense to demand the proof that something is allowed in court... Everything is allowed unless prohibited. If something is NOT allowed, then it would be listed. Is it allowed to secretly film a rape or theft? would it be admissible?
Do provide proof that recorded evidence made by one of the parties to conversation in a business related talk, is not admissible? You won't be able to, because it is allowed.0 -

I don't have a hunger for disputes as I don't create them. Im just amazed how what you post no 1 else agrees with so either your wrong or others are wrong.
The thread linked to by cajef was quite interesting especially the reply by equaliser123.0 -
Wasn't the OP given answer earlier on in the thread ?
16000 posts in 4 years... 300 working days a year... 12 posts a day all the four years? If you are doing this for free, I would seriously think why... if you are paid - then definitely not by consumers. What else do you do all day?...0 -

Exscuse me, whats that got to do with you ?
Aren't people allowed to spend they're own free time how they like ?
We dont live in strict regime where people are told what they can and can't do with they're free time.
Hang on why you focusing on me pal ? I wasnt the 1 who was questioning you earlier in the thread. What you quoted was a reply I made to another poster saying the OP was given an answer earlier on in the thread, so what was wrong with that reply.
I actually work thankyou, been periods where ive been out of work, only working part time, studying not that its anything to do with you, looking for other jobs, doing what I want to do.0 -
Maybe it would be better for the forum if this thread was locked.I think the surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us.0
