Hi Ladies
Loved the post(s) Amy!
Can I pick your brains please (I hate the expression; don't know why I used it...)
I am just going to lay out our 'activity' this month and would like some advice cos am panicking now that we missed possible ov (I say possible because I don't temp just use opks (yet!):
CD13 - faint line - bd
CD14 - line almost as strong as control - bd
CD15 - line same as control - bd
CD16 - very faint line - bd
My question is should we have bd'd on the Thursday as well??
Sorry for being a kn0bhaving no symptoms to spot and am just thinking there is no chance this month now
Thanks lovelies! Going to have my tea now and read back properly afterwards! HUGS!First baby due October 2013 :j0 -
TACOD - That sounds awful, so sorry you had to go through that and hope your next scan is less distressing.
**TMI alert** I had a negative OPK earlier but had looooads of EWCM just when I nipped to the loo. Am hoping to OV in the next few days as DH and I have a weekend off together for once... and as it's Superbowl weekend I may just crack out the cheerleading outfit0 -
Basically yep. She was very certain that she could see something and pointed out a little round blob on the screen to me and OH- white edges, black middle and white line in it, that's the easiest way of me describing it. Came home to google gestational sacs and it looked similar though obviously I'm no sonographer. She couldn't confirm viability until she saw a fetal pole though.
I wish with all my heart she'd said nothing- I was there for infertility investigations after all! I wish she'd have documented her results, told me everything was fine and sent me on my merry infertile way. That way it would've either been an amazing surprise or not known. As it stands I have no idea what it was but she was VERY sure it was a gestational sac but couldn't confirm viability until she could see a fetal pole.
I think the U/S I'm going for in February is a hospital mistake as the consultant didn't mention wanting me to do another one as my first was normal (other than what the sonographer detailed in her report about the above). I don't know whether to cancel it or go and possibly have the same happen again- though I'm not sure I'd be able to not lose my temper.... IYSWIM.0 -
Not sure if this will work, or if it'll be massive. But this is my little Gizmo the ferret, deciding that it was his turn on the treadmill.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -

Was CD17 Thursday? I think you've BD'd at the right times there as sperm can last for up to 7 days (according to Dr Mosley on a documentary I watched) but I'm an expert at BD'ing at the wrong times :rotfl:
I'm sure Claire will be able to advise you better than me! FYI duo have recommended to me that I BD on all days that they earmark as fertile (they highlight them in advance on my chart for me) as they said as long as your OH hasn't got sperm problems then there shouldn't be a detrimental effect on sperm quality.0 -
That's brilliant vesper. Now how to get my angry, lazy and frankly morbidly obese house cat on a treadmill....0

Are you self employed selling your crafts tinkwings or do you work as well? Only reason I ask is because I'm the laziest person I know- couldn't imagine coming home from work to do more work! It's inspiring!0
