Hugs vesper like the others said the courts will uncover any discrepancies in their case and it will all work against them, keeping everything crossed that the truth wins out for you x

hugs fannyanna, lillymay and tinks and anyone else feeling down at the moment x

I'm still not spotting yet at 8 or 9 dpo (had a weird temperature so ff can't make up its mind) so I'm really pleased every extra day on my lp is a bonus.

My temperature plummeted this morning though to well below the cover line it just dove so not sure whats happening. last month of temping my temp stayed above the coverline for ages into the next cycle (if you see what I mean) oh well we shall see!
  • Oh Vesper that sounds awful, sending you big hugs. The others have given great advice but I just wanted to send a massive hug and say I believe you. Thinking of you lots and lots, if there's anything that we can help with just shout. Nikki is a lawyer so she might be able to give some good advice?

Fanyanna - Big big hugs- it totally and utterly sucks and it would be so much easier to just give up but the goal, having a baby of your own to hold in your arms will be so so so unbelievably worth it. It is totally rubbish getting there and other people are very insensitive but you can do it, you can keep going for your future family.

Ruth, hugs for CD3 but chocolate sounds like a great idea :-)

Code, is your DH back tomorrow? Mrs Egg should live for 24 hours so even if you ov right this second maybe you could catch her tomorrow? 2 days ago is not too shabby either.

Becca - hugs for a slow GP, I suppose she's only human so may have just made a mistake? Its very annoying though, hope you get answers soon

I'm calling 1dpo today too, we were not too good with well timed BD this month though. only 3 weeks to go at work though so I'll focus on that for just now :)

Hubby has promised if I'm not pregnant this month he'll go to docs for SA, but we'll see....I'm sure he has some excuses left yet.

My OH has just agreed to go for his ultrasound (he was threatening to cancel as he was referred to wrong clinic so now they're doing a full MOT). I didn't dare to say anything but inside I was all WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! :rotfl: I think he's finally realising how much of an emotional rollercoaster this is for me (I'm usually pretty calm regardless of the disasters but TTC is tearing me to pieces) and is trying to make it easier for me (a bit like Dave 'we're all in it together' Cameron but without the smugness and the terrible tory-itis...)

Fingers crossed he hasn't got any excuses and he's turned the corner my OH appears to have! :)

The whole thing has been disgusting to the people from work barging into our house looking for me when they had been told I was in hospital. To one of them going into my husbands work and telling his boss that he had stollen loads of money and had been arrested so should be sacked, luckily hubby has nice boss that didn't believe a word of it. To accusing me of vandelising a vehicle with a huge metal pole which I could never lift never mind put it through a window thats above my head.
To being arrested and not being allowd a responsible person with me (was at that time under the care of our local mental health unit and not trusted to be on my own, could barely function as a human being never mind answer questions), and being interviewed after having nothing to eat nor drink for over 24 hours.

Its all a huge farce, I have got a solicitor but even he hasn't been allowed access to any evidence yet.
I've had bits in my garden vandalised since then, people banging on my door as the place said I had took their money they had paid for an event (I wasn't even there that week, had been off ill).
Been advised not to sue them as I could get myself into more trouble, but it irks me as this place never even paid me my holiday pay for the past year, mind you they never did for all the years I was there.

Who advised you not to sue them?

I know someone who sued their work for not paying them correct holiday pay. She was only about 18 at the time. It seemed fairly straight forward from what she told me. Her solicitor wrote the company a letter asking them to pay up & I think they responded about 1 day before the limit that would have made them liable anyway... But she went to a small court, told the judge showed them her payslips etc. a man from this multi national company represented them & as they were in the wrong couldn't really say anything & basically must have just looked like a prat so they were ordered to pay up plus all her fees etc.

Plus you can report them for breaking the law in general & sue them for not paying you minimum wage. And why let them get away with treating you like this?

Someone I used to work with actually stole over £40k from a store & he was jailed for two years. I think he admitted to it because it was all proven, on CCTV etc. so I'm not really sure why someone has advised you you'll be going to jail for something you didn't do with no evidence for!

Mine went low the first months I temped and then I had one where it got higher at around 12-13dpo & I therefore convinced myself I was pregnant.

I swore after that not to temp after about 5dpo! It's hard though! But I think sometimes it can cause you to stress and normally means nothing!

I can't believe AF only lasted for two days plus some spotting! Shortest I've had in my life! I thought it might be really bad after the mc. But perhaps it was cos I had a d&c maybe the lining didn't build up properly before ovulating or something. Anyway I'm hoping I won't take too long to ovulate this month as I know ill be feeling fairly positive unless it takes ages.

Just wanted to pop in and say I'm still alive. I'm going to read back over the next few days and catch up. I'll post again once I've done that.

I hope everyone is well, and that there has been good news in my absence :)

Thanks for the kind wishes everyone. Cramping subsided but still not holding out much hope. Just to rub salt in the wound, one of my very close friends told me she was pregnant last night. Wasn't planned and has no idea how far along she is. *Sigh*

Vesper - hoping things get better for you in the near future. That must be an awful burden hanging over you. I hope justice prevails.

Raz - Was wondering where you had disappeared to. Glad you're okay.

    I just realised I havn't guessed a BFP count for this month so I'll go for....hmmm....9 :D

Code - Want me to ship my OH up to you for the night? You can borrow him no problem, he's wound me up no end today....

just send me his sperm! :rotfl::rotfl: hugs for you finding out about your friend. One of my friends is trying and I'm dreading the day she tells me she's pregnant.

Plus, I was on another forum (sports, not baby related) and it has banner ads and across the top it said in massive letters "pregnant?" Then immediately after the clearblue digi ad was on tv. sigh.
