vesper- am so sorry to hear of all the rubbish life is throwing at you at the moment. I hope the court appearance goes well for you. You've probably done this already but have you spoken to anyone who could help, maybe CAB? I'm not sure what they cover but I'm sure there must be organisations out there that could provide some support while you're going through all of this.0

Oh Vesper i wish i could give you the biggest hugs in all the world.
I know it doesn't count for much but I believe you and I don't believe you'll be convicted. I'll be thinking of you next week.
Please see the doctors, if they judge you then they're not fit to be doctors. would you have gone this long with not getting a broken leg treated because you did it whilst trespassing? mental health worries are just as valid as physical x xLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6

I don't know what they can do. My work place apparently has evidence to prove I've done it, but I don't know what as apparently all paper work has disappeared and I apparently nicked it. The police ignored evidence I gave them to prove I was innocent, so everything is a bit of a mess really.
I've had councilling and cbt to help, and was on antidepressants for a while but they didn't work. But none help as it doesn't deal with the fact that I have been told I will prob get 6 months in jail. I can't go out into the village I live anymore as my work place placed the blaim on me for several other vandalism problems they had, which is laughable as was in hospital when they happened.
This is why ttc means so much to me, as its normal. It's a normal part of life. I'm not doing it for the wrong reasons as we were ttc for a long long time before all of this.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -
Vesper the evidence would be inadmissable/it would be a mistrial if you didn't see it before your trial.
and i know you might not have the strength but i would be asking the Court what to do about the evidence you have- you have a right to defend yourself and the CPS have a right to see that evidence.
what has your solicitor said or do you not have one?
Personally I'd definitely be letting the court know that a) i have evidence for my defence which needs to be considered and b) i have not had sight of the evidence against me.
If their evidence doesn't exist at all then it isn't evidence, it's speculation and circumstansial and they can't find you guilty on that.
remember that you don't have to be found innocent, they just have to be unable to prove beyond reasonable doubt that you did it to be found not guilty
I can understand what you mean about ttc, must be helpful to have hope and something that is to a certain extent under your control xLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6

Vesper am so sorry to hear what you're going through- I can't begin to imagine how stressful that would be on you and your OH. Is there anything that your legal representation can do to ensure you see their 'evidence'? I really hope that everything goes well for you.
Please if you ever need to talk we're all usually lurking around on here (well- I know I am!).0 -
Tea what is insotil meant to do?
TL PCOS has been linked to d-chiro inositol deficiency which has been shown to reduce the efficacy of insulin. Once your insulin is out of whack most of the other hormones go too- like oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone (leading to all those lovely side effects.... yay!) Problem with d-chiro inositol is that it seems to only be stocked in US (there is one UK stockist but they get it from US too) and costs a bomb!
So I read the chapter from the ultimate PCOS guide. Here's a link to the preview that details the effects of inositol- I really recommend reading this book preview so you can see what the authors are saying than my shaky summation of it! ( http://books.google.co.uk/books?id=u4zFnXW0SV4C&pg=PT189&lpg=PT189&dq=d+chiro+inositol+cheung+pcos&source=bl&ots=Lzyj8QU0QG&sig=MfVt74cE3y0aVc8pju52KHRCG7c&hl=en&sa=X&ei=bQwHUfvzJpSM0wXoh4GQDA&ved=0CFMQ6AEwBA ) that showed a study had been done using the much more readily available inositol- the test group versus the placebo group saw a reduction in their CD to ovulation, weight loss benefits and a reduction of failure to ovulate.
I bought mine online from a well known health care supplement shop on the high street along with agnus castus (also known as vitex) which is supposed to regulate your hormones and increase progesterone (low progesterone linked to miscarriage, irregular periods and no periods at all). Hopefully these'll show some benefits as I don't want to feel like I'm waiting around doing nothing until I (potentially) get my clomid in May! I'd rather go down a 'natural' route than being overly medicated tbh but I'll take a baby anyway I can get one!HTH.
Thanks to Codemonkey for this little pointer!
Hope you have Ov'd! I think i'm on the verge of it but I am rubbish at reading IC OPKs...0 -
Vesper so your work was making you work 40-50 hours but only paying you for 10? They should be the ones going to jail for that!! You could be suing them! And now accusing you? That is beyond disgusting.
But Team lowe is correct - the onus is on them to prove you guilty not the other way around. And how can they do that if you didnt do it? Like you said evidence has apparently disappeared.
Plus the police might be ignoring you but that doesnt mean the court will.
Hopefully your work will be seen as a laughing stock if they try to use evidence which is lost or say you vandalised stuff when you werent even there.
I dont know about anything legal except that the entire thing sounds ridiculous so hopefully it should too to any judge/jury or whatever you have to see.
Plus - I hope this all is sorted out for you, and then you can get the company into trouble for breaking so many working time laws.0 -
