Nothing still to report here, was going to get OH to get me a test today as am 14dpo, but then remembered that this month was an educated guess so could have been a couple of days off. So will wait. If AF doesn't arrive by weds I'll do a test then.

My new low GI diet starts Monday - here goes! TL I've ordered the book you suggested - looks great. Big change for me but I'm determined. Thanks for all the support ladies, love you all xx

I read something about Pineapple and White Grape juice being helpful when ttc, what do you ladies know about these ?? The article also said something about Aspirine, but even at low doses, when taken regularly Aspirine can cause an increase in stomach acid, which i really don't fancy ! I'd rather avoid taking any medication like that, and just stick to natural stuff for now.

Do you have any other 'natural' techniques for getting that illusive BFP ??
