Hi all, just wanted to say a big thank you to you all!!! All your posts over the last couple of months have helped me understand what the whole TTC was about and the highs :j:j and lows :sad: of it all!!!
Becca think you can take me off the CD list!!!
Hope to see some of you on one of the other boards!!!
I hope you all get your BFP's soon and baby dust to you all!!!

Just a quick Q - do any of the people at the very top of the list post/has anyone heard from them? xx
Nope!
Maybe take them off so it will be quicker for you to update the lists? They can always come back & ask to be added again.PommeVerte wrote: »I read something about Pineapple and White Grape juice being helpful when ttc, what do you ladies know about these ?? The article also said something about Aspirine, but even at low doses, when taken regularly Aspirine can cause an increase in stomach acid, which i really don't fancy ! I'd rather avoid taking any medication like that, and just stick to natural stuff for now.
Do you have any other 'natural' techniques for getting that illusive BFP ??
I've read the thing about the pineapple core and implantation - I did try doing that when I was in Hawaii and I did get a bfp but I'm sure the same thing says to not eat the rest of the pineapple because it can prevent implantation - which I did lol! Plus then no one in Hawaii would ever get pregnant! So I think that's probably rubbish.
Not heard about the white grape juice only grapefruit juice to help with ewcm.
Aspirin is a weird one - I think it's supposed to help prevent a miscarriage if you have some kind of blood disorder? Not really sure what one though. Plus when you get pregnant they tell you not to take aspirin! (Unless you have that problem) I'm sure someone else will know more!0 -
Evening Ladies!
I don't often get chance to post and its often from my phone so I apologise for not posting personal responses. I do read every single post though and am following all of your stories!
Becca and Amy - I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis(plural?!) but am glad that you both can now take positive steps forward towards your BFPs and sticky beans!
Bride2Be - Congrats on the BFP! Hope you have a wonderful pregnancy!
T2D We all remember you and wonder how you are doing! Thank you for updating us and for the link to your blog, I will have a good read of it shortly.
AFM I'm a week into the 2ww and feeling quite positive about this cycle, although I had an unusual temp dip and am wondering if somebody would mind having a look at my chart? I don't think it can be an implantation dip because it happened 5DPO and 6DPO and I thought implantation dips should be from 7DPO onwards and tended to be a big dip on one day? Does outside temperature affect BBT? Because we did have two very cold nights.
Thanks as always for your help!

Hello everyone, hope your all having a good weekend - despite the weather.
I'm about due to ov judging my by normal pattern, but haven't been testing for it, as ran out of tests and its too snowy and icy to go and get some!
Hubby knows we are coming up to the time, but seems reluctant to BD, which is annoying me somewhat....he wants a baby as much as I do (and he's not just saying it) but seems reluctant to put the effort in! I think he struggles with the idea that BD has a "purpose" now, but I am wondering if part of the reason at least, as to why we haven't conceived, is because we just dont do it enough.....hmmm men!0 -

I've just read your blog T2D (I think I joined this just after you found out about your diagnosis so apologies if it wasn't targeted at me!). I just wanted to wish you all the best with your second opinion and your egg collection. I really hope you get all of the outcomes that you're after. I'll be hoping for more good news from you. All the best to you and Mr T2D. xxx0

Thank you t2d for taking out time to explain everything to us. I wish you so much luck with everything, you are such an incredibly brave woman. I know with my whole heart that one day you will be holding your own child and free of this horrid disease. Of course we remember you.
Hope everyone is having a better saturday, and those with illnesses are feeling better. OH has shut me in the kitchen all afternoon as (TMI TMI alert) I have terrible gas. It's horendous.
So used my time to make up some wheat and dairy free fish cakes as a couple of my friends are coming over for dinner.
Just been allowed back in the living room as a load of my stuff is finishing on ebay. However I'm having to sit the far side of the room so OH is safe.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -
Hi Jovie. I'm no expert in BBT charts but lots of different things can affect your temps (temping at different times, sleeping with your mouth open, change in sleep pattern etc.) I think it's hard to say if it's an implantation dip until you get to the end of your cycle or have other cycles to compare the data to IYSWIM? Fingers crossed it is though...0
