Welcome ktb, hopefully the gynae will be able to help you and answer your questions. I think its quite normal to have a couple of odd cycles in a year and as long as they are mostly consistent then it shouldn't be a problem at all. I've also had some really really short cycles (14-17days) that were related to an ovarian cyst so if you have a history of this it may be related. I do hope you get answers soon, its a rubbish feeling just waiting and worrying.

BigZippy - glad you don't have to wait too long now for answers/the next step. I hope its the timings you want and feel comfortable but either way its a chance for a baby so its only a good thing. Thinking of you.

I was awake again 5am tonight having had really really vivid dreams about a huge red ball on top of a mountain and being pregnant but nobody was happy for me because they didn't think it was real and then I had the baby but it was actually a rabbit....how bizarre!

again not much to report BUT i so have loads of spots!!!!:mad: which is normally a sign the witch is on her way. HOWEVER im not going to assume that this is the case! i like to stay positive where i can.:)

i have 5 more days until AF should show up.... fingers crossed this month is different

Saw my shiney new neice again last night... shes just stunning! she now needs a brand new cousin!:cool:

i hope your niece gets a cousin soon! my niece needs one too, although i do think it'd be cute if there was the same age gap between her and mine as there is between me and her mum, as we were really close growing up, which means i've got to wait another 5 months to get pregnant :rotfl:

good luck with your appointment bigZ, i have mine next week too, well nervous and being a big girls blouse and taking dh with me, i figure whilst it is about my body it is also about our future so i'd rather he heard first hand what was going on and be part of any decisions that need to be made x x

Awww, I hope your niece has a cousin soon too, although I love the idea of the age difference being the same as between their mums (edit: Oops, just realised I managed to mix up yours and TeamLowe's posts, lol... hope both of your nieces get lovely new cousins )

I'm so glad its not just me! I am in my 30's and its worse now then when I was a teeanger

Well, I went to see the nurse last night and had to go through the whole, are you sure, are you ready bla bla bla. Its only been in for 6 months etc.

She then said about having a rubella check......hmmm I know I had this done when I was a kid at school but as to whether I'm still covered -who knows! So I end up having a blood test and no coil removed as she said if I dont have antibodies then I will need to have another and then cant try for 3 months!

Anyone else been through this?
