I think that was what made our third mc such a shock was that we'd had two early scans that were really positive, lovely stong heartbeat and nothing had changed since- no bleeding or lessening of symptoms but no flicker on the screen at 12 weeks and I was totally unprepared for it. I feel now that it doesn't matter how many scans you get (needed or otherwise) there isnt ever a guarantee. But its not so common I know that but it doesn't really help when its you who's unlucky.

Exactly. I didn't know you'd had 2 previous scans I think I got to the pregnancy thread just as you left.

Will you get special care this time around?

    For your forever baby :)

Sorry for being a misery guts, I didn't realise how cynical I'd become! Of course we will all have beautiful healthy babies in our arms this year so my above post will be moot :-) I'm looking forward to it!

Me too! New year new babies!
This is why even though things went well at my scan yesterday, I am not being complacent about everything.

We are all rooting for you!

ooh I've just looked and there's one at Pennington Flash which I bet would make for great views whilst I'm trying not to die after 100m lol

can't remember who said about walking but any exercise is meant to be an aid to fertility as getting the blood pumping increases the flow to your uterus and associated places lol x

    Really?!

Maybe that's why I got pregnant after doing the wii fit just dance?!

I'm definitely going back to doing that every day in that case! :)

Just seen a couple of posts I would like to write strongly worded replies to....but that isn't what this thread is about so I'll say no more about early scans.

Good luck for tomorrow loulou. Hopefully the spotting stops and a nice BFP arrives instead.

Teamlowe - Good effort with all the exercise enthusiasm! I've just finished day 2 of my 'diet' and although i'm starving hungry i've not given in yet. Heh! Will start the running again tomorrow. I can't remember who mentioned it but I agree it's addictive.

Lemon - This thread is about support, good timea and bad, so feel free to be as miserable or as happy as you like :)

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Morning ladies!!

All I can say is I'm sorry that anybody had to go through anything as horrific as you ladies have. It would be nice if life was simple & we bd, got pregnant then 9 months later had beautiful babies. I'm just sorry it doesn't happen that way. Some great pma at the moment though :)

I have a particularly good feeling about a certain month this year but not saying anything as that's happened before haha. Nice to feel positive though.

Dh & I are away for the night & it's done us the world of good to relax & bd for fun!!! It's really not the same living back at home!!

    Morning ladies! And gent!

Just a quick question, my cycle seems to be very regular which im guessing is a good thing! Last cycle was the first month I temped and i got a little dip from CD14-CD15 and then a big increase from CD15-16. Does that mean I ovd on CD15? Figured id just go off that and BD around then again this month, not ready to start using OPKs just yet.

    Thanks!
  • Morning all,
Can you put me down as 1DPO please. Got loads of BD done. Fingers Crossed for everyone this year

Morning everyone, hope you're all well.
please can you change me to 2dpo (cd17)
It's just a guess as I haven't been tracking it this month.
Am also trying to lose weight, both for ttc and my wedding next Jan. Lost 2lbs this week, loosely following slimming world plan.
