do you still live in Wigan? if so then I'm guessing your epu was Leigh and they're fantastic, I was offered the same thing but no positive so far. the counselling there is great too but you do have to go to the epu ward which can be hard when there's bad memories. I had to sit it the waiting area for the assisted conception which is the same ward and considering its full of infertility information it was hard to sit there

the fear is understandable and unfortunately nothing anybody can say or do to take it away but two miscarriages in a row is extremely rare, the figure I was given was the chance is 2.2%
Yes still live here and yes it was Leigh the waiting room is a nightmare there plus they didn't tell us what was going to happen or anything so a day later i'm watching my oh in a world of pain and felt helpless we ended up in Wigan a&e and it got sorted there

My attitude is what will be will be but it doesn't stop the worry thanks for the words peeps :)

Teamlowe - Big Hugs. You are not a failure and you are still young enough to have multiple children in your future. You have 9 whole weeks to get yourself into peek physical condition to give that clomid the best chance possible. What you waiting for girl - this is an opportunity at the beginning of what could be a great year. Grabbit with both hands.:A

This is an unfortunate time of the year when everything is dull and gloomy and those of us that have been trying of a while are frustrated that we should have our babies by now but really this is a new Year with new chances.:j

Count your Blessings Ladies, none of us are waking up alone without our partners or no chance at getting pregnant like QQ (sorry QQ) and we still have our health and more chances to try unlikeT2D who has a much tougher road ahead. (Big hugs T2D, hope the egg collection goes well).

firefly that is the best post ever and exactly what I needed to hear :)

I also have to remember the success story from my own family- it took a relative 7 years and 5 miscarriages including twins to conceive her son. they now have a little girl too and they're both happy, healthy, lovely children.

I just have to remember my patience :)

    Thanks firefly.

Loosing my baby was one of the worst things to happen to me but at least I can try to look forward.

I wish QQ was able to come back here, feel so awful for her.

Teamlowe - :) I have 9 weeks until Clomid too.

    Pucy - :o Thanks.

Claire - I can't imagine what you have been through or what you are currently going through but wish you much love and healing thoughts.

I miss QQ too. I really hope she manages to find another way to make her baby dream come true.

Hi all hope everyone is ok full of a cold here :( grrrr haha

Got a question when the oh lost the little one we went back for a scan to see if everything was clear the woman said to us next time you get a positive result come in straight away and we will see if everything is ok is this normal?

After my miscarriage at Leigh the nurse said to me 'remember, we only scan if there is pain or bleeding' in a nudge nudge wink wink kind of way ;)

really don't think I'm guna ovulate again. feel like a failure. I so wanted to have a big family, now I'll count myself as the luckiest lady in all the world if I just get one little miracle. 9 weeks until Clomid...

Hopefully once you start on the clomid you will get your BFP, if not before!
