Beautiful work - please could you tell me where you got the material from?I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

Hi Ladies,
I have found some PMA courtesy of a new doctor that I saw this morning.
I had to have a smear yesterday and the nurse asked about my periods. I explained that they had been completed messed up ever since I had LLETZ treatment last year and she suggested I see a doctor. I said that I’d seen plenty of doctors and had even seen a private consultant who blamed the whole sorry saga on my weight. The nurse told me to book an appointment with on of their doctors anyway (I’m new to the surgery since moving and I’d never been before).
So this morning I had my appointment and I was convinced that I was once again going to be fobbed off and told that I bled continuously and heavily for four month because I’m fat.
I ended up getting a bit emotional during my appointment. Not because it was awful but because I was so shocked and grateful that a doctor was actually taking me seriously. She seemed to empathise with me and even seemed apologetic for my previous experiences with the medical profession. More importantly she’s looking at what she can do to help the situation and despite my weight she’s even talking about trying to refer me to the fertility clinic. We talked about my weight but she did it in a compassionate way and didn’t lecture me. We’ve agreed that I need to lose 6kg (which is completely achievable) and that I need to book an appointment for mid January to see her again and I should have lost 3kg by that point.
I could have kissed the woman!0 -

Yay for achievable goals, boo for LLETZ problems. As it's likely I'll have to have that on Friday. What happened to your cycle? Did they say you had to stop TTC for some time after it?0
