Hmm, I think I am going to have to call CD1... from nowhere. No AF pain or symptoms. Odd, and super short cycle. I knew this was a weird cycle.

Hi everyone! Hugs to marie and cookiecrumbs and anyone else that needs one and to all those on CD1. I am now (roughly) 7DPO and DESPERATE to test!! Haha! :rotfl:I cannot concentrate at all! Anyway, I've bought some Superdrug tests as they are apparently quite sensitive, but I'm going to wait until Friday.

I'm going on a work night out on Friday and we are all going for cocktails so it's going to look really odd if I don't have one! I really don't want my work to twig that I am trying for a baby. I'm only a couple of months into a new role and I want to prove how well I can do it before I make any kind of announcement. I don't think they will be happy with me having to go off on mat. leave at some point...but I figured if I am doing a really good job then they won't worry about me going off as they will know that everything will be in really good shape when someone has to take over for my mat. leave. Does that make sense?? Anyhoo, what I was trying to say is that if I get a BFN on Friday then I can have a drink and not worry about suspicious colleagues! :)

lovecake - why not just order your own & make them non-alcoholic? Great think about cocktails is that no one can tell ;)
If you can think it........it will happen

Thanks guys! Yeah, I could order my own tink but I have a feeling the bosses will order a round and they are the ones that I especially don't want to tell that I am TTC... I'll just have to see what happens and hopefully I can get away with a mocktail! ;)

I am going to the dentist on Wednesday so I could tell a white lie and say that I needed antibiotics. I've had a lot of problems with my wisdom teeth so it would be totally plausible and that could be my excuse for not drinking....hmmmm....Or it might be a BFN and then I can drink away! :rotfl:

When are you testing tea lover? Do you think Friday is too early?? x

For once the 2ww has gone by really quickly for me (not sure why lol) and I can poas on Thursday/Friday.

Nothing really to report here, apart my b o o b s are bigger - as confirmed by hubby! But that sometimes happens before AF anyway, BUT (im not symptom spotting honest - its just an observation!) My work bras all feel really tight and uncomfy, like they are digging in....but maybe I've just got fatter after having week off!

Had a low moment earlier when it hit me out of nowhere, just how long we've been ttc...

Hugs to all those who want and need one xx

    Hey Ladies
Just had a quick read through the posts. Hugs to all that need them. Good luck Lou for testing on Thurs/Fri.
My more laid back attitude this month has been a little hard to do when two of my close friends have had beautiful baby boys in the past week!!
Anyway, cd12 so prob not ovulating until the weekend going on my past months. However bding at the weekend may prove tricky as we are visiting parents - must hold off ov till at least sunday please!!

MV, glad you had the day off work. Pity you can't take the week off:(
As for baby aspirin, why not try it? I think you are supposed to take it until 12 weeks or something, not that I'm a doctor or anything.
Birdie, at the crying boy's mum. We'll never be a parent like that:cool:
    Longer PMA list? Hmmm...
