Courgette I know what you mean, sends your body too far out of whack. It's all really unfair and unpleasant x x

Been to mums for tea and bathed my niece, first time I've bathed a baby! She's very squiggly, kept thinking she was going to go under! She didn't though and was cooing at me the whole time so she must have liked it :) it sucked as always having to give her back to her mummy though. Her mums just started an evening course so of course I leapt at the chance to offer my babysitting skills, think there's a big queue though lol

Work's gone a bit manic as I've been covering for two people and doing my own job, half of which im still learning. Oh and we got the letter asking if people want to take voluntary redundancy.apparently there'll be three 'windows' to take it, now, February, August and November. I want to wait til we've at least bought a house, cos I refuse to plan anything around pregnancy but I wish I could know that I'd be leaving with a bump (I work too far away and too demanding/unsociable job to do it with a baby and I won't be allowed part time) x x

  • Happy Thursday everyone.

It's suddenly got a bit chilly, I guess Autumn is really on its way.

CD22 for me today, my god I'd forgotten how painfully slow the 2ww is!

Going to take DS to the park in a bit and hope it doesn't rain!

    Happy Thursday to you too!

It certainly has got a bit chilly. I need to phone my mum shortly and see if she wants to head over to Chester and do a bit of shopping :)

CD23 for me...it's so annoying that I am further on than you, but you bloody ov'ed like 5 days earlier! Lol. My stupid body needs to sort its self out. 5 DPO today I think.

DS is being a right PITA this morning so I need to find something to occupy him. A trip to the park sounds like a brill idea :money:

  • I do like Thursdays as I only work MOnday to Wednesday, and Friday we go to a Gymboree group then either to the park with a friend or for lunch sometimes, so the day is kind of planned in advance.

Thursdays are 'my' day now and I like thesedays to just do something with DS. It took me a lonnng time to not feel I had to have things planned every single day (which was truely exhausting!).

He's happy to just go to the park, or for a wander round the shops/to a museum and then home for lunch.

How long are your cycles lily? I counted up each one from the beginning of the year and on average came out at 27 days, but had a couple of 28 dayers and a 25 day one in there too! I may have ov'd later than I am predicting..it's so bloody hard to know!

On today's ss'ing - I feel a bit yuck again, hope I'm not coming down with anything.

My cycles have either been 28-30 days with LP's of 7-9 days. Ov has always been on CD21. My last cycle was 35 days with an LP of 14 days and I'm now pretty sure this was a chemical.

Having said that, I've been told that my hormones levels indicate that I'm not ovulating at all so *shrugs*. Who knows eh? :o

Good to hear that things are going well at work Lily :) Hope you enjoy the park with your DS, wish I had an excuse to go on the swings and the seesaw :o

TeamLowe, it's quite useful that your work have given you windows to apply for redundancy, I'm sure that you'll be PG in time to take advantage of it! :)

    Welcome Angeltreats

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for everyone on the testing list! We need more BFPs! :j

Last night OH was moaning about a cough he's had for a few weeks now and said he was going to the doctors about it... I quickly told him that he could ask about having a SA whilst there which seemed to put him off the idea for some reason! ;) I keep telling him that I want more tests done on me but they won't until he's gone to see them and I'm not insinuating that the issue is with him, but that just falls on deaf ears. :o At least he's taking his Wellman Conception pills without complaint, with any luck they'll do the trick and when we go back to trying properly on/after our holiday his new supersperm will get the job done! ;)

Just opened a new bottle of folic acid today, so I've officially been TTC for 90 days. At least now I've reached the government guideline for how long you should take it before becoming PG :)
  • My OH is on the Wellman Conception vits too, but I have to literally place them in front of him or he'd never remember to take them!

I've had to leave the pack out so he can see them, which isn't really ideal as it's a bit of an odd thing for visitors to see! I should decant them into a plain bottle so it doesn't matter if he leaves them lying around! :p

RazWaz, I've lost count of how many packs of FA I've been through! At least I'm more than ready for when I finally do get PG! :o
