Feeling bloated today. I have done my workout today but i am bunged up. Im v constapated and this is my second day. I think its down to eating brown bread but i thought the fiber was supposed to help

If you like liquorice, you could try that. As well as prunes and/or prune juice. And plenty of water in general.

Birdie when he starts talking like that again pick out some great points like think of all the great toys you get to play with your child, think of butlins holidays and disney land and all the football and baseball games he will get to go to if you have a boy. Think of the new friends you would make who also will have children.
Also point out at birthday parties you can hire bouncy castle. Magicians. Clowns if you like them. Baloon artists etc

These points should make him smile and pick his hopes up a little

Thought it was probably polite to let you know I'm lurking. Not ttc, that would be a ridiculous idea, no idea where I am in my cycle (just oved), no idea when I'm due (in 2 weeks), don't even like babies anyway (hmmmmm). No reason at all to be here

Seriously though, please don't put me on any list as I'm still getting over another mc. I say I think I'm due in 2 weeks but cycles still irregular. Pretty sure I have just ov'd but not been temping etc so can't be sure.
