    I had acurry tonight with onions, mushroom, broccoli and spinach added with some peas as well

    Tonights curry was a thai red curry with quorn chicken in as that normally gets me going but nothing but wind grrrr with a belly that is not happy

  • Oh im not sure, good vibes is right a good curry will help move things along! I've found the laxative tabs work ok too.

    Well as i posted i had a good curry tonight but still nothing.

    Normally fried egg makes me go may try that in the morn

    Atton, have you tested? Constipation was the first symptom I had when I was pregnant with DS.

    Don't take any laxatives without speaking to your doctor or pharmacist if you think you might be pg, as not all are safe in pregnancy.

    I hope you find something that works as it's not fun.

    Good vibes, foods that bulk out your stools are what you need if constipated, which is why high fibre is recommended. I think the idea is it helps soften the stools too so they are easier to pass.

  • hi , hope you dont mind me posted on this, i was lurking for 2 months , didnt feel right to join as i always get pregnant really quickly (3 months- ds, 1 month ds and this time 2 months)
    i really loved the chat in here , always very friendly and helpfull.

    i just read atton comments and i couldnt go to the toilet either just before i found out i was pregnant,i went to a all you can eat chinesse aswell but still waiting 3 days.
    i found drinking alot of fresh orange juice helps
    and sore boobs was another first sign..

    keeping my fingers crossed for all you lovely ladies for the bfp:)

    aton I agree with BB, you should maybe do a test as feeling bloated and constipated were also symptoms I had first time around. How many DPO are you?

    3DPO for me and (TMI alert) my CM has reverted back to stickyish, so hoping I ov'd on Wednesday/Thursday.
