WHEN is somebody going to re-organise our bodies and turn our wee purple to indicate pregnancy, or something really obvious like that?

That would freak me out - we have one of those blocks that you put in the cistern - it turns the water bluey / purple!

Oh, we just cross posted! Hmmm that's weird that Sainsbury say two lines mean positive.

Haha how easy would that be then! Albeit a little scary....

mrsj28, has your DH had any tests?
With PCOS it's only an ov issue, so clomid will help:)
COMP, well done for resisting SS:T
tea lover, (((hugs))). I've never been prescribed metformin for some reason. Probably because I have no chance of getting pg naturally (because of DH):o
RazWaz, (((hugs))), could you have ov'd late?
niknok, is it Sainsubury's digi? Never bought that, but with CB digis, it has 2 strips. This one has just the one, so it looks like a tlp.
Why not try again tomorrow FMU or better still the day after?

Or it could get really hi-tech and turn pink or blue depending on what you were having :D

QQ - DH hasn't had any tests yet, and the NHS won't do them until we've been trying for two years, so I guess we'll have his tests done privately to rule that out or in...

I totally think that infertility shouldn't be high up on the NHS priority list due to funding etc etc, and I do understand the wait, but it's just a big priority for me (and all of us ladies on here!).

I think metformin is trying to kill me! Someone reassure me that the side effects wear off soon please.

poor you! your body will get used to and more importantly so will you. make sure you're taking it whilst eating and have 3 meals a day. sugary stuff will make the side effects worse so keep an eye on that.

i can't really comment on whether it'll go back to 'normal' as a side effect for me having my gallblader out is that my natural state is c*nstipated which i hate, so it has a tendency to balance out in the end.

just keep a few books in the toilet and always keep in mind where the nearest one is when out, which i suppose is training for weak bladder in pregnancy lol x x

I think you should do that asap otherwise it'll waste even more time.

I know, but it can cause us to get a bit psycho if we don't get some help after a while:D

We are racing against time, so earlier you start, more chance of getting pg quicker:cool:
