Trying for a Baby Part 8

So I've been and picked up a test this morning. Rather annoyed because they only had digis left! I pick up CB ones which had a label for £7.99 I thought bargain!! Got to the counter and they were £14! Obviously in the wrong spot on the shelf. So got some own brand digis for £7.19.
Not very hopeful to be honest but we shall see.DFW - Feb 2016 £19k

 morning ladies (and gents, if any!)
Raz - sorry about the bfnFingers crossed it was too early for a + on a digi.
Amy - ((hugs)) for feeling weepy. Hope it's pregnancy hormones making you feel that way, and hope today is a much brighter day for you.
WELCOME to newbies and de-lurkers. Hope you will have a short and sweet stay here - ask any questions, there is lots of brilliant support and advice on here.
ETA - good luck niknok!
afm - Went to the GP to get my ovary ultrasound results this morning. She is usually really nice but didn't seem very interested/bothered this morning - I don't think she was fully awake (7.30am appointment!). Anyway, the scan together with blood results has definitely confirmed PCOS. I asked if she could refer me to a fertility specialist as we are ttc. It turns out you have to ttc for two years in my local area before they will refer you :eek:DH and I have decided to have a consultation with a private FS as we don't want to wait 14 months before we can even get a referral.
CD37 today - thought I was about 17/18DPO but clearly not as another BFN this morning. I had three days of really good EWCM on CD15-17 and then only small amounts of stick/creamy cm since then. I also got the customary post ov big boobs on about CD21, so I'm confused as I thought I'd ov'd. I think I might temp again next cycle as it's so frustrating not knowing what's going on! Also had a load of cramps about a week ago which I thought was pre-AF, but I guess that could've been ov?? Confused.com
Ok, I'll stop rambling now..... Hope everybody has a good day!0 -

Nik - if the product is advertised at that price you should have got it for that (false advertising if not) i would have challenged that. similar thing happened to me in asda a few weeks ago. member of staff at till tried to fob me off but i asked for the manager, sorted straight away and i walked off with my bargain! xx0 -
Ooh new thread... were you people trying to lose me lol??
Hope everyone had a lovely weekend - was v sunny here which made a nice change. Fingers crossed for third time lucky for the follicle tracking (scan at 3.15pm today). Really hope there's something to look at this time! No EWCM or anything so doesn't look like ov is imminent though.
Right, off to catch up with the rest of the thread.0 -
Morning! I'm off to work for the first time in four weeks... Ouch! Thought I was cd22 yesterday but I was only 19, so expecting ov soon. Looks like soy hasn't done anything for me but I do remember QQ saying that it sometimes works better on second cycle of use.
Hope all those testing get their bfps!
Mrsj I think I'd do the same in your situation, I hope the private referral gets you through quickly xFirst baby due 3/3/14 - Team Yellow! Our little girl born 25/2/140 -
Bfn for me, strangely I am a bit brighter today though and even tho there's no bfp this month; hopefully it means my cycles are starting to regulate themselves a bit better too. It helps that DH has apologised and is being lovely
Hope it's good news for you Nik :grouphug:

So I did the test and how useless are they!! You have to assemble the blinking thing yourself!!
It came up as a BFN but when you take it to pieces there are 2 lines on the stick. Very confusing. This poas isn't cheap either!DFW - Feb 2016 £19k
