I had an email from this company on 2nd January saying the office was closed until 7th Jan. I have also had numerous dates given and have been offered refunds which she claimed would be transferred on the same day. What do we do next? I paid by debit not credit card. I used Paypal which I thought was a safer way to buy online. Ill be contacting them and the police fraud department. Ill let you know if I have any joy.

It was visa debit.

Just to let you know I have just received an email from said company. it read "I have just received an email from Paypal can I help you with anything?'

When I reply it bounces back to me?

It's all very strange because when I completed the Paypal complaint it said it had gone past 45 days so they could not investigate. She's probably just calling my bluff but I really dont know what she is gaining by contacting me. She has my money.

It is the first (and hopefully only) time I have been scammed and it is mind boggling.

It looks like a foreclosure on her house. Where I come from its called Karma.

Anyone involved with this company, I just saw this and would like to know of any updates as of today, May 23, 2014. Did this person lose her house as stated? Did anyone receive refunds? Can anyone give me any information at all? I'd really appreciate it.
