Been away on holiday, but after speaking to the police I have been told that there has been no progress. The people who were arrested have been released on bail and will not be in court until at least January.

Hi Just wanted to let you know that Liz has been in email communcation with me today regarding an order I placed on 4th November and still have not recieved. I was given a tracking number for Parcelforce so I have contacted them to see what has happened to the parcel and also asked for returns information from Liz. I will update my progress if or when I recieve a reply from either Parcelforce or Liz. I have also asked her to provide details of the companies number and name held by Companies House but after reading this Thread I realise I may not get that.

Sorry..just reading through this thread and touched the spam button in error...hadn't even read the entry..apologies to whomsoevers post it was!

I was having trouble but got my money back and had lots of emails from "Liz" the it all went quiet and now the website show everything 'out of stock'
It would really be helpful if those who commented earlier would give some follow up to let us all know what transpired.

The website has been shut down so this bogus company does not seem to be trading anymore.
Its a real shame none of the earlier contributors bothered to give any follow up to the outcome of thier dealings with these rip-off artists.
It sort of makes this forum less helpful.

It is good to hear that the website has been shut down so that no one else will be scammed by 'Liz' and her associate in High Wycombe. Although I expect it won't be long before their next scam site is up and running.

Unfortunately, I think that me and the others who paid by bank transfer won't be getting a penny back.

The CPS in their wisdom have decided there was insufficient evidence against the people arrested in High Wycombe and dropped the charges.

The police told me that didn't stop me taking them to small claims court. However, due to Data Protection Act, neither the bank or the police will give me the details I need for a claim. It seems that the banking industry and privacy laws are there to protect the criminals from their victims.
