Thanks for weighing in. Unfortunately you are wrong.

No, I'm not wrong - where she lives is irrelevant - the business is a UK based business and therefore the BBB would not be interested/can't do anything. Any complaints about the business should be directed at Trading Standards and Action Fraud. From other posts on this thread she appears to have connections in the UK that actually run the business for her.

You might be able to take legal action against her personally in the US, but it is unlikely to help get the website closed down if it is actually "run" by someone else.

He said your wrong for saying no concrete evidence was provided about where she lives. It has.

    Found a bargain!
    Hi
Thanks so much for your replies. I've been doing my research and Plumbs were REALLY expensive and getting custom covers is more complicated than I wanted to get.

    I found this website https://www.chairandsofacovers.co.uk

Amazing prices, only 4.95 shipping which was a bonus and my covers just arrived and I'm really pleased with them, so wanted to recommend to anyone else who need to make their furniture look like new on a budget.

Have you tried The Wholesale Wedding Supplier? You don't have to be a retailer to buy from their website. The prices are really low, the more you buy, the lower the price. My friend uses them all the time. She co-ordinates weddings

    HOLLYDAYS-
Her post promoting a wedding company. Some of you may remember a link I posted once of a wedding website- we know this is something she's tried to do in the past

I shan't bore you with all the details but thought I'd add my 2p. I have been a seller on ebay since 2005, am a powerseller and have over 4100fb and my dsr for delivery dropped 2 weeks ago and I have been put on a 30 day selling restriction.... in a recession, before Christmas. Thanks ebay. I've had some really unfair negative feedback recently, can't leave a negative for the buyers and only just discovered that negative feedback can be retracted by the buyer (was not informed of this, just stumbled across it), who in my case agreed to do but it's too little too late. Some buyers just won't leave feedback and you can't force them to but this all adds up on your DSR's.
ebay also wrote to all my buyers when they started my restriction and said my account had been suspended!!! Which it has not as I still have full access. This sent all my buyers in a panic and all demanding their money back thinking some kind of fraud was behind the message. Talk about set you up!
then ebay tell you to improve your performace but won't allow you to sell anything so how can you make improvements if you can't sell anything?
ebay are also trying to force all sellers to offer free postage so that they can make even more money out of the sellers by charging higher fees on the item price.
The whole thing is so incredibly one sided it sickens me - and buyers 'know' how tied us sellers are now and some of them milk it for their own gain. The amount of paypal claims i've had in the past few weeks from people claiming their item hadn't arrived and in fact it had and I have won every single claim back because I track all my parcels but people are poorer than usual right now and trying every trick in the book. It's bloody hard work and I wouldn't wish the stress I have experienced these past weeks on anyone!!!!
If in 2 weeks ebay decide not to re-instate me, because let's face it, in ebay's eyes I'm a nobody, I'm not sure if my tears will be for my loss of my much needed income or just out of sheer relief that the hell that I once really enjoyed is finally over.

Warning: do not use the Wedding Wholesale Supplier
Jus thought I would warn you abotu this company: another cowboy outfit.

    http://www.thewholesaleweddingsupplier.co.uk/

I ordered some fake roses from these guys in Feb and they still haven't arrived. After unprofessional and sporadic communications, they got me to back off by telling me the sister had just died (dunno if that;s true), then told me it was all parcelforce's fault and stopped responding to any emails after I mentioned I did not care if parcelforce had messed up and I wanted my goods to be sent.

I have now lodged a paypal dispute but this is not the transaction it covers. I have sent them an email saying I wanted my money back but I doubt they will respond.

I am now most prob £64 out of pocket.

    (This is chickychicks recommendation)

    The bit below by madfrenchgirl

Their company is not registered under the company house. I ordered some fake roses from these guys at the tune of about 75 pounds, i never received anything. I took them to small claims court and the documents were sent back to me. I forked out a 25 pound fee for that claim that I never was able to recover. Their registration details for their trading website are fake since parts of it ar ein germany, others in hong kong etc... They have been reported to trading standards but there is hardly anything they can do about it. Paypal is not interested as the type of transactions the site generates are not covered by the fraud clauses.

    Avoid like the plague.
