I have no cards. What day are they upto with sending them out? I placed orders on Thursday Friday and Saturday. So hopefully they will start on Thursdays orders soon.

One of my 2 cards came yesterday. It was filled in with my name,DOB and expiry date, I must have put by DOB in when I registered with BS. But miffed as my bday is August so I have to wait a year now for a free gift. I sent a third order to my mum as a gift so a card will go to her - wonder if that will have my name and DOB too, it's not arrived yet but it seems odd if you can't give the cards as a gift

Ask in the shop!

I bought mine at the end of July and when the sales assistant noticed I had just missed my birthday (beginning of July) she told me to chose my birthday gift there and then!

Worth asking - I find the SA tend to be very helpful

I forgot to fill in my birthday when i created my account so just checked it. However, the DOB field isn't blank; according to the body shop my DOB is 01/01/1900 ! (I must say, I'm looking good for my age!)

Still waiting for an order from the 17th - has been saying dispatched for a while now ?? Should I phone about it?? Can't track it - says not available online.

If there are no giftsets on that order as they were oos they will probably be sending only the lyb card. Jut have a look and see what is in that order. If it has got a 1 or 2 still next to the giftsets or other items give them a call.

Finally received one card! Think they are all coming slowly so good on them! It also had a Serbian stamp so going to take longer.
