I emailed that I had not received the LYB card and they replied that it had I could go into the Body Shop and collect there, but how do I show that I haven't received it.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I placed 3 orders and have not received any cards yet. Have just emailed them as I would quite like a card and I have been looking forward to my 3 free birthday gifts too.0

Well after reading how some had received refunds for the LYB cards I mailed BS and they have agreed to refund me for 5 of the 6 cards I ordered (one arrived)...which is silly really as it would have been so much easier for them to have just sent them out.0

Everytime I see this thread I think there is a new glitch !!
Anyway, I have checked my bank statment and on the 6th sept £10 has gone out. Can anyone think of a glitch that this matches up to? Cause I can't think what I order for this amount .0 -

Grr it's grandad going mad(had to use his card as mine would not work?) !! Its a credit - although where they got the £10 from I have no idea as the order was for £12.49 or something. The nutrigenics that never arrived!! Turning out to be more of a pain than its worth this glitch lark !!0

I emailed about not getting my cards and I got a response saying that I will get them in them in the next 12 - 15 days. They gave me my number so I can register it online so I can start shopping but I want the cards for my birthday gifts. x0

So I got 4 LYB cards this morning, I registered 2 on different accounts so far 1 dob this month and one for next month
I hope that's what you have to do for your free £5 gift
