My card arrived today, posted from Serbia!
Name written on it already but no birth date.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I emailed as not received the 2 LYB cards, told there was a 2 week delay as they have been so popular (!!)-given the option of waiting or a £10 refund-so have got the cost refunded as they were too late for the bday gifts0

Well I give up with the LYB card now!
It won't work on my account. I rang customer services and I tried everything before they suggested it (clearing cookies, different browser, logging in then adding to basket). They claim my card is active but I'm not so sure.
With another 5 LYB cards to arrive (of the 7 ordered) and being told today that I can only have a refund if I return the entire order for each, I am wondering if cards are actually being 'made active' as he said mine supposedly are. The man said I shall have to wait 2-3 weeks for the remaining cards to arrive yet they have, according to them, already been issued. Frustrating!
Just wondered if anyone else has had this problem? It would be nice to get the LYB to actually work!!!
Oh, also the card is not transferable so I cannot use it on another account so he said. In which case, whats to say that my card hasn't been issued to some ones elses account... I don't believe what he said.0 -
which they bought as part of a special offer a few weeks ago? I think it was something like buy 2 get 1 free?
I haven't got mine yet and was wondering about other people.0 -

i chased mine up too. i recievd 2 and am still waiting on more that were ordered the same day. I was told they didn't have enough in stock and that it is taking longer than normal to get them all out. They will give you a number to use in store if you want to shop so that you don't lose out on your 10% discount. if you don't have them after a few days then contact them.0

I haven't received 4 of my LYB cards I ordered. I called customer services and tjey cancelled the cards and refunded my £200

I have still not received my cards. I have been told to expect them soon. I was given my card number so I can use it online and have been emailed a birthday gift voucher so I can use it before the end of the month.0

Twice I've called them about these cards and grumbled that it's been a month or over a month since ordering. Twice I've been told I will have to wait as they are non-refundable and I would have to return the whole order for a refund. They offered to give me the numbers over the phone, but I don't think the number on a piece of paper is really a good thing to give as a gift (and I've missed the boat for gifting them twice now).
I don't know how those of you who got a refund managed it, but well done!0
