New body shop glitch!!!

I telephoned customer services today as I'm also still waiting on all my LYB cards. I didn't want to mention there was more than one so I only queried my first order I placed on 16/8/12. I was told my card had been dispatched and she was able to give me the number over the telephone so I could update my BS profile and activate my 10% discount ever time you place an online order. She said the cards can take 14 days to arrive so I think we just need to be patient. I was lucky enough to place a total of 9 orders and ended up receiving 18 gift sets so if I don't get all my LYB cards I'm not too fussed but at least I know I'm getting one.

I ordered the 2 LYB cards & 2 £25 gift sets (+ the free conditioner) but only one gift set was sent as other out of stock. So I called them & they sent me out the missing gift set. A bit cheeky I know! All credit to them for honouring this.
I've not got my cards yet either.

Well flippen heck this is what they used to do, wish they'd make their minds up. Not cheeky at all, glad you got it.

Woohoo - that's 2 of my 9 LYB cards just arrived in the post this morning. They have the expiry date written on but not the date of birth.

hope so...............then I can have a birthday every few months................or maybe when they have a good sale:D

Yes, the expiry date is just hand written so you just hand write the date of birth. My nearest Body Shop is 50 miles away so was going to stagger mine throughout the year so I can pop in when up in Edinburgh doing a bit of shopping. I can put one in my hubby's name and at least we can claim 2 gifts at a time when we're away together.

Received my love your body card. Posted in Serbia so quess they have outsourced customer services to Serbia . Would explain why the customer service staff I spoke to re damaged goods did not have an english accent. Probably explains why the customer service was different as well ie 'return damaged goods rather than we will send you a replacement keep the existing one free for your inconvience' reply. They have also filled in my name on the card which is pretty useless if you want to give it as a gift.

Received 1 card this morning and the DOB was filled in. Will they give me 4 presents if I do go in with them? I wasn't planning to go as it's miles away but might be worth it if I would get 4 presents.

Just had a thought it might be possible to remove the ink so we can give them away......... I'll keep you posted.

I took mine to claim my gift last week and DOB wasn't completed. SA completed so could have told her anything but then it only lasts a year so you can only claim once, doesn't really matter when.
She then drew a cross through the sybmol above "free birthday gift".

If my 2 new ones turn up I think I'll have a birthday in Nov and then another in Dec
