No card here it's over two weeks now isn't it? Has anyone dared phone. I daren't got damaged gift set still waiting for a replacement for that to arrive. Told I had to return damaged one now but will wait until the replacement arrives.0

No LYB cards for me either, also 3 off my orders had 1 gift set missing, no offer of replacement product or price adjustment, as it was a free item!! Also 1 order missing, phoned them this morning and they are trying to tell me that UPS delivered the day before goods were despatched!!!! Not been such a good glitch for me as gift sets I have received cost me about half original price!! Not bad but they often have a 50% off code!!0

Thanks busybee, I think I will 'take this on the chin' so to speak!! Saves me Xmas shopping!!!!! The gift sets are lovely, I think it serves me right for placing 6 orders!!:o:o:o0 -
Regarding the LYB cards I know we've all ordered more than one but I would at least have liked to have received one of them...especially my order where my 2 gift sets were OOS and all I received was a shower wash.0

I read on another thread that someone did phone ( chancing their arm for a refund ) and were told no refund as part of 2 for 2 offer, and they're outta stock and should be about 10days? If needed bring receipt into a local store and they should issue one there! HTH0
