Yes I called and asked if they could send me the missing one. They looked at my account and told me no as I had not paid for them. At least I got 1 in the package. What annoyed me a bit though was these were the Saturday orders. So I paid £12.99.:eek:

Oh my! I've never know anyone to get bad customer service at the bodyshop, did you point out obviously it was free as they had a promotion on b2g2f?

She was having none of it. She told me about the glitch and that the wrong products had gone through free.

I had the same answer by email, they said even though my two creams didn't come my shower gel was free so they had fulfilled my order.
Never mind I will be returning to the shop for a refund, at least my other orders came :)

Orders can be returned by Freepost if they are short delivered. Ring The Body Shop first to get a reference number.

Got my 2nd order but not my first one. The 2nd order was done with the 2nd glitch. So still waiting on the one with the cards.

I don't know why they are getting so hot under the collar. You either honor the glitch and do it well or don't send it at all. The mark up on the products are very high. The postage cost them £1.

Got order 2 of 2 shortly after order 1 of 2 came. First one delivered by Royal Mail, second one by UPS..paid standard delivery.

Is anyone else afraid of touching any of the stuff?? I keep opening the two things I got myself and just keep smelling them but think I might never use them out of fear of them running out :o Far too precious, I NEVER buy BS (too expensive for me) so maybe in a few months i'll be less intimidated :T

There will be another glitch soon. There always is with the BS. I think this was a big marketing campaign. If you thing about how many people will be given BS this year for Christmas. It just helps them to gain customers. :)

Yep, especially as very many people will have a 'surplus-to-needs' LYB card thrust upon them, if we are able to pawn them off on friends and relatives... I do hope so, I really do not need seven of the damned things lol... :D

Now if you are quick and register the lot. You will be able to get a load of £5 gifts too. A few more surplus emergency gifts to use. :D
