So pleased all of my BS orders from fri & sat arrived today all items correct :j:j

So sorry to those who didn't receive all of their sets. I think it might be worth a call to customer service & hopefully they will send out replacements.

Has anyone called then for not receiving gift sets during this glitch and had then delivered yet? I read the other day some people phoned and they posted them separately but have you got them yet?

Edit:

I'm missing some from my orders so just checking they are delivering the missing ones before I call.

yay my two orders from saturday arrived today and everything was there! (white musk libertine set, 2 nutriganics sets and some serum). I was just wondering what it is that we do with the cards? I have 4 that should be arriving, does this mean I can use each card and spend a fiver for free in the bs? sorry, not sure of that makes sense?

all my orders arrived at work and home address today, all bar one had the gift sets

one question, perhaps i am over-reacting but the UPS delivery driver was having a bit of a gossip about me to a family member on another delivery (with same surname) about all my body shop deliveries:o:(, sounds they had a bit of a laugh at my expense, was a massive number of orders (well 10:o:D:p ) but isn't it a bit off that he should be mentioning to other people what i have ordered, just means i can't give this stuff to that family now for presents

don't they have a code of confidentiality? what if it had been more delicate items you know of a sensitive nature (lost the icon for wink lol with editing)

can i complain and if so who to and has anyone got the number pls?

Just took a UPS delivery, my name address and order number on the front, inside on delivery note someone elses name and items, the order number is different by one digit and they didn't add the free shampoo. Anyone in Warwick got an order meant for Sheffield??? Customer care line closed at 6pm, have to try and sort it tomorrow.

Yes I called and asked if they could send me the missing one. They looked at my account and told me no as I had not paid for them. At least I got 1 in the package. What annoyed me a bit though was these were the Saturday orders. So I paid £12.99. :eek::eek:
