New body shop glitch!!!

Not got my cards yet. 1st order was last Wed.

My printer has just packed in. Is there any other way of getting the birthday gift as I have no printer to print off the birthday voucher when it gets emailed?

Never heard of a birthday gift voucher. Have always gone into shop and selected something for £5 and they have stamped over the birthday gift symbol on the card.

Oh, that would suit me great. I thought that i read that they email you with a voucher. must be getting mixed up.

I got just one gift set - other one out of stock. My 2 LYB cards to follow. What do I do if I want to return it all, as I've only had part of the order?

I've returned the gift set and will return the cards later with the same reference number, thought that best so it's returned within the 7 days in case they try to get difficult.

A note on birthdays - I've read Body Shop treat people with birthdays in December extra special.;)

Did you just take it all back to the shop? And what refund did you get?

I posted it to the Freepost address above, I don't expect a refund until they have the cards as well but didn't want to leave it any longer to return the gift set.

I received my order yesterday of 2 Chocccomania boxes and 2 lovely cosmetic purses. Very pleased, tho wish I'd been able to add 2 different sets, but it would only let me order 2 of the same. Hope to give as xmas prezzies:)

They emailed me at the start of my birthday month to remind me that I could have something for £5 in store and it said to print the email and take it in with me, which i did but then the SA said they actually didn't need the email.
