New body shop glitch!!!

Well I made two orders from my account.
First one was missing a gift set and the other was missing both gift sets:(...obviously my choice of gift sets was popular.....

So sorry for those missing gift sets, but I would call TBS and see if they can arrange an alternative gift for you. Obviously don't mention the gift, just that you didn't get what you ordered and it was on the order confirmation.

My third order arrived today (1 left to come) and i've been lucky enough to get averything so far, I did pay for express delivery on 2 of the 4 orders.

I have a lemon set, a shea set, a mango set, a coconut, a white musk libertine set and the only one to have an 'eid' ribbon, a small cherry blossom set. I want to smell them all, but I cant decide which to keep as gifts and which are for myself!

Wow I made 2 orders Saturday morning choosing express delivery and am still waiting.....*sulk* They have been marked as dispatched and tracking well

Ordered one Thursday morning with express delivery, which was delivered next day but still waiting for 2 more which I ordered thursday morning with standard delivery and are marked as dispatched but not tracking :mad:.

They better turn up before Christmas :rotfl:

Had a delivery this morning including 2 orders still showing as 'awaiting dispatch' on the B/S site. All present and lovely. Delivery driver told me that all he had in his van were orders from B/S .

As mentioned previously, anyone that is missing any items give CS a ring and tell them. In the past, I've phoned about a missing item and they dispatched it as soon as it came back into stock.

Got the last of my orders today, all present and correct. Gave one set to DD, and she loved it!!
Will make excellent xmas gifts, raffle contributions etc.

Just had my delivery from the body shop, I placed 3 orders in total on Friday and all present and correct and 2 ups delivery drivers to boot.

I only have eid ribbons on the life is gift box and the strawberry gift box. If you were giving one for a present next month would you worry about the ribbon?

I would never have clocked it to be honest if it wasn't for the posts on here.

Hope everyone else gets theres soon and I do feel for the posters who have only received the shower gel and card. You do seem to be in the minority, its a shame but perhaps as previous posters have said contact the body shop after all you have nothing to lose.

Massive thanks to the OP and the Body Shop for hounouring the orders.

Off to sort out now.

I'm also missing both my gifts sets (shea butter), so i only received a shower gel
