New body shop glitch!!!

Have you had anything from that order? ie the shower gel? If you've not had anything I would get in contact with them and chase them up . What did you dispatch email say?

Still no cards here but I complained by email about not receiving 2 giftsets in one of my orders and I took delivery of them today. I know some people have had no luck so I must have been one of the lucky ones. x

Nothing at all has turned up. It was for the promotional nutriganics packs - in the gift section - under £25 - no longer on the site now. Dispatch said it should all be arriving. I will phone them tomorrow - I keep saying that but keep waiting - just incase !!

Phoned up -very confusing - lol. Anyway,end story - they never had the stock when I ordered - ahh yes they did !! It was on their site the next day too. My dispatch email also said they were dispatched. Anyway, I have asked for a refund - rather than the alternative of having the card and free shower gel posted out by themselves - lol.

I don't understand why they said dispatched in the email -i.e- no missing items. Hay ho. Just need to keep checking for the refund. Perhaps they never sent them??

Roll on next glitch !!

2 of my parcels arrived without the giftsets so i called them and i was told we will give you a refund....then hang on the items were free....i argued my case and said they showed on the bodyshop checkout and are part of the deal with the WINNER code....they argued there was no stock...i said it was in stock til the day after i ordered and even then BS have it in stock now...they put me on hold and returned to say we will post all 4 gift sets out free of charge and free delivery....they will try but be stubborn, worked for me. Thank you OP:j

They were a bit funny with me too and I had to email 4 times as they were ignoring me to begin with. They eventually said they were going to make an exception and post my giftsets just to shut me up I think. x

I made three orders on day one of the glitch, a further two at the end. Got my first LYB card last Saturday from abroad as others have (Srbija/Serbia), which has my name but no DOB, and expiry date of 25/08/13. Today the second came with no name written, no DOB, just the same expiry date.

Fingers crossed that the others are blank too when they arrive! Hope others find similar luck with their LYB stockpiles hehe.

Result :j I emailed twice because I had items missing and they kept saying they wouldn't replace them because they were free.

I emailed asking why when I have ordered in the past they had honoured my orders and sent out missing items. Just had an email saying they were happy to inform me that my missing items will be despatched today
