I've just bought a Vax vacuum and there is a card saying register online for your FREE 1 year guarantee? What?! Surely i don't need to as i have a receipt? I don't have to give them my details, do i? James

Heads up, OP may well think if they ring the number they will be in contact with Vax. They won't, they will be talking to Domestic and General.
