First fast day of the week today. Sticking to my usual regime of coffee, cup-a-soup, fruit tea and ready meal
Must get away from the ready meal, it's just laziness - I don't have to work out how many calories I'm having cos it says it on the box. Now tormenting myself with GBBO and planning an early night to avoid the temptation to snack.

I'm not long since home so I'm watching GBBO now. I think it's nothing short of extreme self control to watch that on a fast day! :rotfl:
I've fasted today and it's been ok. Only got hungry just before break at work but otherwise fine. I also tried PROPER Greek yogurt today. It was yum! So I'm going to asda to buy a bigger tub tomorrowHad it today with crushed almonds in and it was lovely.
All in all my detox week is going well so far. Only two days but I've resisted a lot of temptation so far so am happy0 -
Fasting today after a 2lb gain
(I have been eating rubbish, not drinking enough water and traing harder so it could be anything TBH - I only weighed myself last night and haven't measured yet).
I had 78 grams of low fat fromage frais for breakfast with a drop of either vanilla extract or vanilla essence - I am not sure which but I couldn't find either the cinamon or ginger and was in a hurry.The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

Today is a fast day for me and I also did Monday. I've been trying to split my food into breakfast, lunch and a small snack which has worked well so far. It's the first time I will be trying a gym workout on a fast day today so have switched it around so I eat my breakfast calories in protein afterwards. I am hungry!0

Must remember to keep away from the scales during my cycle, it's a horrible, disappointing experience.
Not fasting today.
Abbie, yeah fasting around my TOTM can be interesting.
No diet I have ever done has given me much if any loss on "that" week of the month. I always find it catches up the net week though.

We haven't had one for a while, but some people thing fasting means starving.
So here's how I starved today.
Barbecue salmon fillet, garlic miso soup with broccoli, onion and carrot and shirataki noodles. Around 240 Calories. So big I had I in a casserole dish.The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

I have lost 2 stone 11 Lbs so far. still need lose more
finding some days hard as I have fair bit of medication I have to take or the pain would be un bearable, I find a lot of exercise is very hard for me to do did do some on Mon only 15 mins then 19 mins tues but none today my left leg an left side are in a spasm an my left arm has decided it doesn't feel like working today
plus I have underactive thyroid 200mg a day of those
feel like I am a walking chemist, if had have an Mot I would fail
I really am trying so very hard with the diet disappointed I can not do as much exercise as I should
been doing this since April 22nd my Bmi is now in the healthy range happy about, A lot of the weight I put on was down too some of my medication an lack of movement some days
but I am trying extremely hard too the point I am doinf fast day all this week got be honest im not hungry at all and not eating a pitta or carbs I can actually go to the toilet I was having trouble more meds from drs an enemas not nice very embarrassing
needs must been feeling very low lately well last few mths but I keep pushing myself

Are those the noodles that have less than 10 calories? I've never tried them but now seems the perfect time!
I did a full workout tonight. I was worried I would have no energy but I had more than normal. I am rubbish at running (but enjoy it) and even managed my fastest time yet. I was on fire! Glad I swapped and saved my breakfast calories for after.0 -

I hope I've read this wrong and you're not fasting all week? Definitely not healthy!
I had a good fast day today. Managed to do a kettlebells work out after work, made me starving though and I ended up closer to 600 cals for dinner but not the end of the world!
I don't really expect to lose anything at my weigh in tomorrow after me weekend and on top of that it's my totm...as others have said I rarely lose on that week and get quite bloated. But hopefully I can at least stay the same!0 -

I'm fasting today, been awake since 4:45 and have an evening meeting at the school tonight so I think most of my calories will be coming from coffee today !
Taking an apple to work and have some low cal cup a soups in my desk drawer if I feel a bit weak.
