How have people managed with a change in routine? This is week 5 for me & everything is going well with fast days on Mon & weds when I'm at work. I'm now 11 pounds down. This week though, I'm at home on annual leave & spent yesterday picking, I even managed to pick at a mars bar & I haven't had one of them for years! I'm going to try again today, but am not hopeful, any advice please?0

Thanks, am ok so far.....Have decluttered the mountain of plastic & canvas bags that has taken over a corner of my kitchen. The sofa & a blanket is sounding tempting though!0

May I join please? I have tried this once before and I found that I was more awake, less forgetful and my anxiety and panic attacks reduced. I'm getting married in October and while I don't need to lose much weight {I'd say around half a stone} it would be nice if I could, and also feel abit happier in myself. I won't do 2 days in a row, I'll do a Monday and a Thursday

Can I join in please. I started on Monday, need to loose at least 3 stone (would like to loose 4).
Fasting days are Monday and Wednesday.
No wine in the week.
1300 cals on non fasting days.
Normal(ish) diet at the weekend.
On my first fat day day, I had 3 cups of green tea. One black coffee. 3 litres of water. 150g steamed chicken with, leak, peas and green beans..... I think it was a total of 470 cals
I used the "My fitness app" on my smart phone to calculate the calories.Slimming world new starter 2/1/17:D:DWeight loss so far 5 stone 8 lbs

Second weigh in yesterday and I had lost another 2lbs. I think at this point I am pretty much slap bang in the middle of my weight range and happy with where I am at.
The original plan was to now move to just one fast day a week but what I might do instead is on fast days eat normal breakfast and lunch (never particularly unhealthy anyway) and then just eat a healthy tea with my wife who is doing 5:2. Anyone got any thoughts on the better option?A big believer in karma, you get what you give :A
