Thanks rosy! Yes it really does work doesn't it?! On other diets if I'd had three weeks off the wagon I'd have gained all the weight back and then some...but not this time!

another 2lb gone this week (which is a minor miracle as it's TOTM !). 3 fast days again as i'm still trying to catch up with time lost over xmas, 4lbs to go for my goal at the end of this month (which will make a total of 33lbs since beginning of Sept) so i'm hopeful i'll make it. but then again, it's not set in stone & i'm overjoyed just to be going in the right direction each week!
i even dug out my old recipe for carrot/apple cake yesterday, the house smelt wonderful & it was delicious (about 300 cals a slice). think i'll make it every week now for non-fast day treats, or even my lunch as it's quite filling.

well my word don't no how this has happened
I only put 1/2 pound over Christmas ate no chocs at all
but this month I have put 3 pound on for no reason
I have even been exercising which at times I find really hard to do with the ms
I have not over eaten an id felt bit hungry I was eating raw cabbage sounds mad maybe but I love it lol
so 3 weeks of 4 days week doing exercise how have I put weight on?
totally confused
any ideals ladies say ladies as I did not have a period last month nor this moth so far
not pregnant
have take lots of diff tabs
please can anyone offer advise not giving inbut really got me down this month

i stopped about 2 weeks before Christmas and am starting again this week
I have put a few pounds back on but am happy with that for the amount of time I havent done it.
Tuesday and Thursday will be my fast days, I am hungry in the morning and during the day so will eat most of my calories then. Lunch will definitely be soup though. I can miss out eating between lunch and the following morning if necessary but cant miss out eating at breakfast or lunch as I get the shakes0 -

Could it be with all the exercise you have put on muscle?
If I remember correctly muscle is much more dense than fat, but it takes up less space. A pound of fat and and pound of muscle look very different, but the scale can't tell! I try to focus on how my clothes fit more than what the scale says, as that can vary wildly depending on TOTM, water intake etc. and is not always a true indicator of what is going on in your body. If you are loosing fat but gaining muscle, that is a good thing as the more muscle tone you develop the more calories you will burn even at rest.No buying unnecessary toiletries 2014.
