Well I'm slightly amazed to find I'm still 10stone 2lb! I think the fast yesterday must have done me good, have an inkling I would have gained had I not fasted at all this week.
The good news is I think all the baking I consumed has put me off cake for a while. The thought of it right now makes my stomach turnI think this next week will be a bit of a detox one.
Ooh and I bought the new Hairy Dieters book yesterday. Though reading it on a fast day was not a good idea because it just made my mouth water! I ended up going to Morrison's for a ton of food to try out the recipes through the week. Going to have their roast beef tomorrow for Sunday dinner. Can't wait for that one0 -

I don't seem to have lost anything this week, but I'm not really surprised. For some reason I struggled to stay within the fast day limits and on the feed days I had 2 big social meals.
Busy week at work meant I exercised less too but I'll make up for it next week and make sure I am stricter with my fast days tooSAVER0 -

Did my second fast day on Friday. I still haven't weighed myself so no idea if I've lost weight or not. I suspect not, so it's probably just as well I haven't weighed myself and gotten demotivated. I'll keep going anyway as I find it ok to do and if nothing else, it's saving me money! Friday was a bit tough especially the evening, must try to avoid fasting on a Friday. Went to M&S for a few bits of food and I was practically drooling over the fridges...
If all goes to plan I'll be fasting Tuesday and Thursday this week.

Saturday saw the end of my first week and I'm pleased to report a 2lb loss.
So today is another fast day. I had 1 x egg for breakfast, I've got a WW soup for lunch and dinner will be more eggs( they go out of date soon!)0 -

We have chickens so are always eating eggs lol. try dealing with 5-6 eggs a day. Luckily mum and my sister will take some. I don't sell the eggs, but they usually give me a pound or two every so often towards the feed. Still pretty cheap eggs though.
Fasting today myself, but as time has gone on I have found I get more hungry if I have a small meal at breakfast or lunch. So I try to go until the evening meal if I can, but sometimes can't manage it and have a small late lunch.

I had read that a lot of people try to save their cals for 1 evening meal.
Today is the first time I've had breakfast, but I seem to be doing okay. I also cut up a celery and have that to munch on all day which seems to work well too.
I could probably wait til evening to eat all my calories, but I think I then run the risk of over eating. We shall see!0 -

Fasting here today too. Trying to do with nothing but my hot drinks in the morning today and see how it goes.
A bit of liver dumpling soup for lunch and spicy chicken breast with salad for tea. I think my George Foreman grill will see the light for the first time since I got it for last Christmas!! If I can find it...
Any advice on how to use it? Don't want to destroy my only proper meal of the day:-))
I decided to make all my soups at home if at all possible now, my OH really wasn't impressed with the WW soups.. neither was I to be honest. I've seen a recipe on the net for homemade cheat tomato soup (made out of tinned tomatoes:-)) that I've made on Wednesday and OH was very happy with it. And low calorie count too.
If anyone has another low calorie count soup that tastes nice I would appreciate a recipe.0 -

Well, I had a big of a binge this weekend! We were supposed to be going out for dinner but it was cancelled as my friend was ill so we decided to phone a pizza instead. They had a deal on so we also got chips and garlic bread thrown in for free!! Turns out the sent the wrong pizza (pepperoni) so they told us to keep that one and they'd send the correct one (chicken). So we ate the chicken pizza on saturday and then had the pepperoni for breakfast AND lunch on sunday. And these pizzas were huuuge...16 inches! I feel like such a grubber today!
Oh well. It's done now so I'll just fast today and wednesday and hopefully undo some of the damage. My back is also feeling better so I'm going to get back to exercise this week after 2 months off!

Ha ha, what a coincidence! I was making pizza from scratch for the first time on Saturday, had recipe for dough for my breadmaker and the pizzas ended up massive!!
Next time I think I will make 4 small ones out of it rather then 2 big ones..0
