Weigh in this morning and seem to be stuck at 200lbs, must be down to the stubborn fat

So this week have now been on the fast diet for 5 months so 2 stone lose is good and am feeling better in my body, and my 40" jeans are looking a bit loose on me but have held off buying new clothes yet, but think will have to get some jeans from asda till I stabilise
Following horizon 5-2 started 28/01/13 target where I am now ish
Maintaining now as DW doesn't want my legs to get any skinnier
Total Loss=41.6lb0 -
Hello Fasters, I am still here but have taken time off due to bereavement -a very close family member:( and also my DH is having a bit of a health scare at the moment:( No formal diagnosis as yet but thank goodness he has just lost 27lbs on the 5:2 because we are hoping this will help him. He is now at his ideal weight.
Although I have had a very disrupted few weeks I have pretty much stuck to the fast days and managed to knock off another 1.5lbs. So a total of 19lbs off so far and a 5.25" waist reduction. Must admit though I am finding it pretty hard to give as much attention to what I am eating as I should.
Glad to see everyone is doing well -keep up the great work. My next fast day is Monday.Sealed Pot Challenge 7 Member 022 :staradmin:staradmin:staradmin

Good morning to you all
Have been thinking about going on the 5:2 for quite a while, so yesterday I decided to give it a go, so I started my fast on friday 19:30 as I was doing a night shift thought it would be easier for me, have just come in from work and had salmon, capers and red onion for breakfast, my question is when do I finish my fast?0 -

Pick any 24 hour period. If your last meal was at 19.30 on Friday, then you should only eat 500/600 calories in the 24 hours between 19.30 Friday and 19.30 Saturday.0 -
Well after the ups and downs of the week, I have finally settled on a lb loss this week, so hip pip! I think when you see it going up you think it's all over. So don't give up everyone, well done to everyone so far. I am just reading about the overnight diet where you power up for one day by drinking a juice for one day and 6 days of eating fuel up foods, then my eyes glazed over! This is where 5.2 is doable, it is the first diet that is straightforward.0
