ETA: I was very proud last night when I went to Morrisons and saw the new Cadbury bars at £1.24 and resisted buying one. I stood looking at them, put one in my basket and walked off. Got halfway down the aisle and then went and put it back. Was very proud walking home :D

The more infrequently you eat chocolate, the less you'll desire it..

I used to eat chocolate at least once a day, but I stopped eating anything with added sugar last year. Now I never have the urge for chocolates or biscuits, although the smell of chocolate is still gorgeous. :D

I 'treated' myself to some chocolate at Christmas, but found that I didn't enjoy it after the initial taste so I threw it away.

Chocolate is my biggest weakness, and unfortunately it isn't something I can have in moderation, so I don't have any.

Hello fasters, I am a bit late posting this weekend. However I am pleased to report 2.9lbs lost this week. So the extra couple of lbs I gained on my holidays has now gone, plus a bit extra:j this is the same for DH, the extra gain has gone plus another a bit more. So hopefully, we are back on track now. Fast day tomorrow. Good luck to everyone!:)

    Morning everyone :)

On a fast day today and feeling quite hungry! I had a rice cake when I got up this morning, which I think was a mistake. Planning on skipping lunch to save all my cals for dinner, but I think I might give in. Have a mini salad of beans and peas to eat if I really need to. Got some lovely fresh laid eggs from my parents yesterday, so planning on having boiled eggs and soldiers for tea. I can't wait!

Good luck to everyone else fasting today.

I used this one and added more lentils and spinach .

That does look lovely, lots of recipe inspiration on that site too.
  • Fast day for me as well today, had sushi for lunch and will have either chicken casserole or thai chicken curry from Look What We Found - 197 or 211 calories I think, with extra veg for dinner.

It's weird, I love cooking but on a fast day I just want something delicious put in front of me, the calorie counting does my head in a bit and these are really tasty, so works for me and OH.

FYI - they have a 15% offer on a £40 order and free delivery online at the moment - I would highly recommend them.

Apologies if I shouldn't "advertise", I promise I am not on commission and have nothing to do with this co., but other fasters might find them helpful too.

    Keep up the good work!

-4.5lbs. I am sceptical it is genuine to be honest. It makes -9.5lbs in 2 weeks, and I am only BMI 25.4ish. Granted I started week 1 somewhat bloated, but still, onward and upwards.
