good morning all and it is a good morning for me! Got on the scales this morning and (3 cheers here please) I have already lost the weight gain from our holiday. Think I'm still in shock. Can't quite believe I could eat so much and yet it hasn't made any difference. Wow!!!!
So it can be done - weight loss with no feelings of deprivation.

Well today was to be a fast day for me. Still doing 4:3 Mon, Wed, Fri. Started as normal, went to work had nothing. But then finished early, went to Asda with mam and even though i didn't buy anything bad, I got home and caved instantly to my hunger and basically had a 500 cal lunch.

I've been leaving all my cals for dinner lately so I'm a bit miffed tbh as I've been fine so far and managed not to give in to hunger pangs but today they just felt worse than ever before. And now I regret it. Daft i know but I do :/

Haven't done it yet but have felt the hunger :(, am aiming to up my lunch time soup from 80 to 150 kcal .
So am putting a bit more lentils in and some spinach to bulk it up, tried the zero noodles but the 2nd time wasn't too sure.
So that will mean spinach for lunch and dinner :D
Following horizon 5-2 started 28/01/13 target where I am now ish :)
Maintaining now as DW doesn't want my legs to get any skinnier :D
    Total Loss=41.6lb

I don't fancy those zero noodles. Sound like they've got as much taste as they have calories! :o I think I might go back to having a lunch and a dinner as there are definitely some days where it's a real struggle going until 5/6pm without anything at all.

Week 2 for us and we are finding it fairly easy-can't bring myself to look at the scales though as I don't want to know what I weighed-too mortified with myself! Suspect I may have lost 2lbs per week....OH has lost 5lbs..
    Debt-free...and staying that way...
