What's for dinner anything exciting ? Cod in butter sauce and green beans for me .
Fast day here today too. We had roast chicken and broccoli for tea.
I have just read through the posts - well done everyone! Brilliant weight losses and inspiring posts to keep me on track
silvasavaI hope you are feeling better, had a dose of that myself at the weekend.
Keep going everyone! We watched our son run the marathon on Sunday and phew - I thought if he can do all that, surely I can do this. I was worn out just watching him.I would love to try it one day, so maybe something to aim for.

Hi
No it wasn't a fast day - but it is only 355 cals so doable:
1 x warburton sandwich pitta (162 cals)
1 x dessert spoonfall pizza topping (25 cals)
2 x slices pepperoni (46 cals)
30g x low fat grated cheese (80 cals)
1 x mini babybel light (42 cals) (or 2 if you have enough cals!)
the babybel melt and are mozerella like in texture- it's yummy, and if you're craving pizza hits the spot!
x
I do these with the warburton thins too their only 100 cals for the 2 halfs so get 2 mini pizzas :T x#170 Pay off debts by xmas 2013 £1484 B/card-Done. Holiday-Done marisota-£10.50/£50.50, creation cc-£250,argos-£592 bnpl:rudolf:£5 a day in May.£41.01/£155.MAYke Your Own-17.0 -

After a very hectic week I succumbed to ribs and chips at a restaurant approx 2200 calories at least! Thats without cuppas and a couple of biscuits at work. Only thing I can do to feel better is think I only had 600cals yesterday on a non fast day, so could swap days?
First proper slip in 9 weeks
Or you could average out the 2 days and fast another day this weekend x#170 Pay off debts by xmas 2013 £1484 B/card-Done. Holiday-Done marisota-£10.50/£50.50, creation cc-£250,argos-£592 bnpl:rudolf:£5 a day in May.£41.01/£155.MAYke Your Own-17.0 -

Was a good fast day for me yesterday, hope everyone else had a good one and those fasting today :j
Would love to try a 4:3 but wouldn't be able to fit it in unless I did 2 consecutive days, and any this is working for me .Following horizon 5-2 started 28/01/13 target where I am now ish
Maintaining now as DW doesn't want my legs to get any skinnier

I'm failing miserably at the moment. I started really well, then had a fluey thing where I didn't fast for a couple of weeks and since then I've eaten a mountain of sweets and chocolate and bad things without being good at all.
I do start a fast day with all good intentions but then it goes wrong. This week for instance - Monday fast day but I felt freezing cold and my hand were like blocks of ice - so I ate something to warm up. Not much. But then I ate some more and more and more........ you get the idea. I feel bloated and tired and horrible because I've eaten stodge.
Meh.. So the upshot is I've been doing this for 2 and half months. My tummy is bloated so added inches to my waist. I still weigh the same as three weeks ago though so it's not all bad!
Tomorrow is another day - I am going to meal plan and calorie count for a couple of weeks to give me a bit of focus.
The sun is in the sky though - does this count as the beginning of summer yet?0 -

I really hope summer comes soon, had a few bushes flowering this morning after the drizzly rain so there's hope....
Im coming to the end of week four and have fallen nicely into a routine and always have a few things at home on fast days...socks and cardigan essential ! Low cal cup a soup for emergencies, diet vimto to have as a hot drink along with options drinks when a choc fix is needed.. also enjoy a cup of buollion a little like oxo for a few cals, these are all warming but have found I'm not half as cold any day recently.. stirfry veg with a handful of prawns, or a tuna salad half a bag of salad leaves small tuna and a little fat free dressing comes under 150 cals planning is def the way to get thru fast days, now all i need to do is have someone sort out my feast days and il be laughing lol...#170 Pay off debts by xmas 2013 £1484 B/card-Done. Whoohoo ! Fab loss, I think if id started on 5:2 instead of 4:3 and was doing as well as you I wouldn't change either I will drop down to 5:2 too once my feast days are more in control x#170 Pay off debts by xmas 2013 £1484 B/card-Done. Supposed to have my FD yesterday but I've had rotten cold/tonsilitis this week & by late afternoon I'd lost my mojo. Had dinner with DH - Spinach & Riccotta Tortelloni with Tomato & Mushroom sauce with a generous helping of parmesan & 2 slices of toasted garlic slices. All because I couldn't be arrised to do anything major! Oh & two glasses of Sangria (medicinal purposes only?) Got on scales this morning and I'm 149lb so I'm certainly not going to stress over that! I'll have my last FD on Monday before my hols..........;)Small victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle0
