Fast day here too. Skipped breakfast (wasn't hungry anyway), for lunch I've just had half a toasted bagel (133 cal) with a scraping of Philadelphia light & small salad. Ready meal in the fridge for tonight, Weight Watchers spanish chicken or something, 299 calories.
I think I can see a difference in my waist but I haven't measured at all. I really should. In fact I might even post my measurements and progress on here, if you guys don't mind...0 -

However, I ran to work this morning (about 5 miles) and was worried that I would be hugely hungry - but it's been fine and I've felt the same as on other fast days.
Still not sure about zumba class at the end of a fast day though.
I have done Body Combat and other classes on a fast day. It's harder but not impossible. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

Fasting day for me today, I've eaten 2 Rice cakes 80cals and just had a tin of soup 216 cals, I find if I eat earlier in the day it makes me want to eat more!! So now I can nibble a bit in the evening ( which is my worst time ) I feel very pleased with myself today as I have been making cakes today and not been tempted at all, its must be getting easier!0

I go to the gym on my fast days. I find I'm so busy concentrating on what I'm doing it takes my mind away from any hunger pangs I might be getting. I thought it'd be too hard at first but then I tried it and it was fine.0 -
I failed fasting yesterday! I was made up with a bad cold so treated myself to a chinese, its the second time I've done this so had a sloppy month but still lost 4lbs
I'm going to knuckle down this month and now the weathers turning I'll start getting out on the push bike.

Good news with the weigh in this morning a 2lb loss puts me under 15 stone, and also am only classed as overweight
Good luck to everyone fasting today, which includes my sister who is starting today, don't know if she is on this forum, but who knows
Aren't charts good when going in right direction :j

I fasted yesterday and worried I had overeaten but myfitnesspal says I was slightly under
Was REALLY hard as someone brought cakes into work, luckily they brought some fruit too and I had one strawberry in the morning and 3 grapes in the afternoon. "Pigged out" on smoked mackerel for dinner though (or so it felt). Had half a tin of chopped tomatoes for lunch with some white fish poached in it.0
