            Afternoon! Just 
 I had a fast day Monday and had a banging headache all day. It's not down to lack of water, I drank 4 pints of water on Monday. It's lack of caffiene. I have found my saviour, almond milk! It's fab in coffee and each 60mls I put in my cup is 14 cals. I usually do Mon and Thurs fast but I am busy out and about tomorrow, too many temptations so I have had my second fast day today. Only had the milk in the coffee x3 (and water) and feel loads better than I did Monday. Tea is chicken, pots, veg and gravy. Might have enough cals left over for a slice of toast before bed :T:rotfl:0

            You should not do the fast days together. Are you eating enough on your non fast days. It may be that your body has gone into starvation mode and that is why you are not losing weight.
 I decided not to do 2 consecutive fast days after all. Had a KFC instead. 
 I've definitely been eating normally on the non fast days. I never count calories or anything, and eat what I want.
 I'll just keep trying!
 I did get a new set of bathroom scales today, which are a bit more exact, so I'll know even if I've lost half a pound. Maybe that will help.:rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf:0

 My weight has gradually crept up by a stone.
 I started this diet last tuesday - one week in I have lost 4lbs:j
 Last week I fasted tues and weds - because it suited my week.
 This week I fasted on Mon, meant to have today as my second day but it didnt work out that way - so will make tommorow a fasting day.
 Hoping to lose another 1lb this week. Have a 'do' to go to on sat eve so it will be interesting to see how weight loss goes.

            Its taken me a good few days to read this thread but it has been very motivating!
 I'm now in my 3rd week of IF and although I find the fasting days hard I have stuck to it and I'm hoping they will get easier. To me the weight loss is the thing that keeps me going as I have a lot to loose!!..Ooops
 Anyway this is the easiest diet (not that I like using that word) and the thought that I can eat what I like the next day gets me through the fasting period... a lot of the time I find by the the next day I don't want to eat that much anyway...result!!0

            Second fast day this week finished. 4 days to go to next one! Think OH has found today more difficult as he decided he wanted to include 4 cups of coffee (with tspn sugar in each) in his 600 calories which meant he had less food. Will be interesting to see what he wants to do next week.
 Good luck anyone still fasting. Isn't it lovely to only worry about 2 days food rather than the whole 7 days.0

 2nd fast of the week fo me today, and I've a feeling it's going to be tough as DH is off work today so my routine wil be disrupted! Still, put my tightest jeans on to try and concentrate the mind!

            on my 8th FD and just had this for my lunch, spice Tomato and cous-cous soup from the BBC good food website.

            It's my second fast day today. Usually I'll do Wednesday but my friend hosted a brunch yesterday and there was no way I was going to pass up on smoked salmon, scrmabled eggs, toast and croissants!
 So far today I've had three cups of tea and a cup of coffee, and I have a small 80-g bowl of fresh pineapple (33 cals) next to me but I've ignored it for over an hour so far!
 I've not eaten yet. Want to try and have a reasonable dinner with OH if I can. I find it easier to treat it as a full fast and eat as late as possible.
 I was sick this morning though for some bizarre reason so haven;t felt like eating anyway. bonus!
 I think I'm going to have to buy some scales though.Weighted myself on my neighbour's ones on Tuesday and was 65kg. I want to be about 57kg.
