As for pre-booking - it depends on the offer. Generally if it's the sort of thing a normal person would pre-book - eg theatre tickets - then you can book in advance, otherwise you can't.0 -

Hi,
I'm hoping to go for a day out with my family in London and was wondering whether a GroupSave 4 ticket would qualify 4 adults for the 2 for 1 offers?
An Anytime Day Single from Vauxhall to Waterloo is only £4.80 with GroupSave 4 - this would be a great saving0 -

As a fall back, the minimum fare on Network Cards only applies Monday to Friday, so I can get 1/3 off the Vauxhall to Waterloo ticket. 4 * £1.60 = £6.40. Not quite as good as GroupSave, but it's better than 4 * full price.0 -
Just asked on the Days Out Guide page regarding ticket destination, they said:
"Destination does matter, eg all central London offers require London terminal stations named."
For Kew "it does need to be one of the surrounding stations to Kew."
(Richmond to Kew Gardens, for £1.90, would work.)0 -
It says 'You must produce 2 valid National Rail tickets (ie. Tickets that would be accepted for train travel on day of attraction visit. If using Singles, you must produce both outward and return tickets to show that your travel spans the time of intended visit) as evidence of travelling by train to London or to the attraction destination - most train tickets display the
symbol. National Rail issued tickets include Off-Peak, Super Off-Peak, Travelcard, Advance, Anytime and Season Tickets.'

Hi - I have a question that seems to be a grey area. The FAQs say that Oyster cards are not accepted but I do have an annual season ticket zone 1-2 oyster card which came with a Gold Record Card and has the national rail logo on it. I remember the guy saying something about offers when i renewed it. Does anyone know if this will be valid?
Thanks
Can somone please confirm if the Gold Card can be used. Thanks0 -

I'd say no - it's not a rail ticket.
You can use it to buy a discounted travelcard, but not in place of one
