No termination fee for switching from fixed saver 2 to Blue Plus Price Promise.
If switch online, the switch will go through in 24 hrs. Or if telephone them can sign up but delay switch until Oct 1st.
Will give it a bash on the phone tomorrow. If no joy I will just switch online. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Let us know how you get on0 -
No joy, the guy I spoke to said that you either switch now or wait until the end of october to do it at the risk of course that the product is pulled.
I'm just going to do the switch online now for peace of mind. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Received letter from EDF today, if I want to move from Fixed Saver Version 2 to Blue+Price promise I can apply now but the change over wil not happen until the Fixed Saver finshes on 30/09/12.
To do it online I have been given the web address: www.edfenergy.com/feelbetter0 -

Given that the linked information includes this under "Important information" ..."this tariff is available for a limited time only and can be withdrawn from sale at any time"...are you confident you know what will happen if the tariff is withdrawn before the transfer is effective?0 -
If they withdraw the product i'm sure they would honour the agreement for customers who signed up via this form. Otherwise they could lose a bit of business.
Wished I had seen this form before switching this morning online, but at worst it has cost me a fiver. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I have just signed up using this link and they have sent me an email to confirm I will be changed over seamlessly:rotfl:on 1st October so they do confirm it is writing if anybody is confirmed they will pull the tariff before then.

If the tariff is available at the time of signing up and is confirmed then it should be OK.0 -

Use the simple form below to sign up now and transfer when your current tariff ends.
Seems that given I can leave without penalty, the thing to do is to sign up with this, then mid September look at alternative options.Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0
