Sounds a great idea. Maybe if companies see everyone praising them for good service they will continue to strive for it.

Whenever I try a new Quorn product I do email them and tell them if I like it or not. They usually send me a couple of money off vouchers.

Tesco is the worse for sending out freebies. I got stuck in their damn lift for 15 minutes and I had to fight them for a measly £10 compensation.

Companies, IMHO, would like to know how customers view their products.

The last complaint I made, no names here, I did receive 2 £1 vouchers. I thought that their product was very bland in taste and I was very disappointed. Sadly, the vouchers can only be used for their products because it has no bar code.

Sent a complementary letter to Asda about a product my son loved. Had a lovely letter back saying how much it was appreciatated. No freebie but I didn't write it for that and my son was thrilled they had written back!
