    I put in an order to Liz Earle Naturally Active Skincare once and in their comments part I made a point of how much I enjoy using their products and what great service I have always received from them. Out of the blue I got a parcel from them containing a FULL SIZE tube of their body lotion and a letter telling me it was a complimentary gift for me as I was such a valuable and loyal customer!

    They always put in a sample freebie with every order and one time I thought I would be cheeky as there was a particular product of theirs I wanted to try. I put in a note saying I know you always put in a freebie and could I possible have a sample of xxxxx. They put in the sample I requested!


    I also love the way LUSH always give you freebies to try if you have had a nice chat with them. I don't just chat with them for a freebie though. I love the Lush Sales Assistants and find them so helpful and friendly. In fact I might email Lush to tell them that!

    You don't have to just send e-mails or write letters. My six year old daughter has started young with her compliment giving. Yesterday she thanked our school cook for cooking lovely school dinners.

    Today I Got My FIRST Reply From My First Lucky 777 Letter!!! Whhoooooo

    Today I Received A Letter From Mars Inc. Thanking Me For The The Kind Comments About Their Products & With The Letter WERE 2 BOXES Of MARS BARS, 1 Box Of TWIX & 1 Box Of SNICKERS & Some Stickers, Badges & Pens & Some Nutritional Information & Information Posters!! I Have Donated These To My Local Community Centre Who Are Going To Sell Them To Raise Money For Their Funds!! They Were Delighted & Got Some NEW MSE'rs Too, As They Thought I Was A Little "Over Excited" As I Was Trying To Explain The Donation!!
